A hírt Olekszandr Lomako megbízott polgármester közölte.
„A Csernyihiv elleni orosz terrortámadás kapcsán augusztus 19–21-ét gyásznappá nyilvánítottuk” – mondta.

Ezt a Kínai Népköztársaság Államtanácsa jelentette be, közölte a Xinhua.
„Országos nemzeti megemlékezést tartunk Kínában azoknak a mártíroknak az emlékére, akik az új koronavírus betegség (COVID-19) elleni küzdelem áldozatai valamint a betegségben meghalt honfitársaink emlékére” – áll a nyilatkozatban.
