Szökött orrszarvú tiport halálra egy férfit Indiában, az áldozat próbált elfutni, de esélye sem volt.
Egy vadvédelmi területről megszökött, csaknem két tonnás orrszarvú gázolt halálra egy motoros férfit Indiában. A szerencsétlenül járt 37 éves férfi megállt az úton, amikor meglátta az állatot, eldobta a motort, és egy töltésen lefutott. Az állat azonban utána eredt, utolérte, és egy mezőn halálra taposta a férfit.
A környékbeliek, akik látták az esetet, próbálták elijeszteni az állatot, de nem jártak sikerrel. Az orrszarvú a Pobitora vadvédelmi területről szökött meg és egy híd közelében támadta meg a férfit. Az ügyben nyomozás indult ‒ írja a Mirror.
Ugyancsak tragédiával zárult egy orrszarvú támadás egy éve Ausztriában, ott egy állatkerti gondozó halt meg, egy másik megsebesült, Indiában pedig egy turistákat szállító autót borítottak fel az orrszarvúk.
