A hatóságok újabb bűnszervezetet buktattak le Kárpátalján, melynek tagjai hadköteleseket juttattak külföldre.
A napokban bejelentés érkezett a hatóságokhoz a munkácsi határőregységtől, miszerint letartóztattak egy férfit, aki törvénytelenül akart külföldre jutni az ukrán–magyar határ közelében.
A helyszínre kiérkezett a rendőrség, akiknek rövid időn belül sikerült azonosítaniuk a határsértőt segítő bűnszervezet vezetőjét és két társát. A bűnözők 70 ezer hrivnyát kértek a „szolgáltatásért”.
A hatóságok letartóztatták a bűnszervezet tagjait, s eljárást indítottak az ügyben. Akár három év börtönbüntetés és vagyonelkobzás várhat rájuk.

A Munkácsi Határőrség Tiszaújlaki (Vilok) járőrei őrjárat során észleltek egy járművet, amely az ukrán–magyar államhatár felé halad – adta hírül a Három Határ hírportál.
A litván rendszámtáblával rendelkező jármű vezetője figyelmen kívül hagyta a határőrök jelzéseit, csak figyelmeztető lövések után állt meg a terepjáróval.
Az autóban két ukrán állampolgár tartózkodott. A határőrök, a terepjáró átvizsgálása közben, nejlonzsákba csomagolva 14,5 karton, azaz 7250 doboz különféle márkájú cigarettát találtak, amelyet a csempészek a Batár-patakon keresztül akartak Magyarországra juttatni.
Csempészek terepjáróját és a cigarettát a hatóságok lefoglalták, ügyükben a bíróság dönt majd.
