A Lembergi Fellebbviteli Bíróság meghosszabbította az Irina Farion nyelvész és politikus meggyilkolásával gyanúsított Vjacseszlav Zincsenko őrizetben tartását, jóllehet az ügyvédje azt kérte, hogy ezt a döntést a taláros testület változtassa 24 órás házi őrizetre megelőző intézkedésként – közölte hétfőn az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a tárgyaláson Zincsenko édesanyja az Espresso tévécsatornának nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy a fogva tartást „politikai játéknak” tartja. Azt is közölte, hogy fia soha nem dohányzott és nem ivott alkoholt. Ezenkívül, a szavai szerint, Vjacseszlav jól beszél ukránul, mert egy ukrán tannyelvű iskolában tanult. A nő azt is állította, hogy a fiú csodálta Sztepan Banderát.
„Mondja meg, hány 18 éves srácot ismer, akinek a kapucnis pólóján az a felirat van, hogy A hősöm Sztepan Bandera?” – tette fel a kérdést a fiú anyja a riporternek. Hogy a fia pontosan miért került a vádlottak padjára, az édesanya nem tudja. Véleménye szerint ez „valamiféle politikai játszma.
Ma a Lembergi Fellebbviteli Bíróság megvizsgálta Zincsenko fellebbezését a megelőző intézkedés megváltoztatására vonatkozóan, és elutasította azt. A döntést a Vaszil Holovatij vezette bírói testület hozta.

Hálás vagyok mindenkinek, aki nap mint nap újabb tényekkel egészítette ki a bűncselekmény képét, és megalkotta a teljes képet, közelebb hozta a teljes igazság megállapítását” – mutatott rá.
Az elnök hozzátette, hogy egy 18 éves fiút vettek őrizetbe Dnyipróban. „A szükséges nyomozati cselekmények és vizsgálatok folyamatban vannak. Utasítottam a belügyminisztert, hogy minden részletet tárjon a társadalom elé” – hangsúlyozta Volodimir Zelenszkij.

Irina Farion, a Lembergi Műszaki Egyetem professzora, akire egy ismeretlen személy lőtt rá, életét vesztette az intenzív osztályon, közölte Makszim Kozickij, a Lembergi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője.
Az egykori parlamenti képviselő pénteken este 20 óra körül került a Szent Panteleimon Kórházba lőtt sebbel a fején. 23 óra 33 perckor a Lembergi első egészségügyi központ arról számolt be, hogy Irina Farion életét nem sikerült megmenteni.
Folytatódik Irina Farion gyilkosának felkutatása, jelenleg több verzión dolgoznak a rendfenntartók: közéleti, politikai tevékenység, személyes ellentét, de nem zárjuk ki az „orosz nyomot” sem, jelentette be Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszter tájékoztatóján.
„Együtt dolgozik a Lembergi városi és megyei rendőrség. Kijevből operatív és nyomozócsoport érkezett, élükön a Nemzeti Rendőrség és a Biztonsági Szolgálat vezetőhelyetteseivel. Reméljük, hogy reggelre meglesznek az első eredmények” – mondta Ihor Klimenko. „Megerősíthetjük, hogy a tettes néhány napig Irina Farion háza közelében tartózkodott […] Készült a támadásra, nem spontán gyilkosság” – tette hozzá Ihor Klimenko.

Az ismeretlen elkövető fejbe lőtte Irina Farion volt parlamenti képviselőt, egyetemi tanárt péntek este Lembergben, a Maszarik utcában, a szélsőséges volt politikust a Szent Panteleimon Kórházba szállították, az állapota kritikus – közölte Krisztina Ravljuk, a szélsőséges Szvoboda párt szóvivője, számolt be a zaxid.net lembergi hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Farion ellen a merényletet 19:30 órakor követték el, és már 19:40 órakor a Mikolajcsuk utcai Szent Panteleimon Kórház intenzív osztályára szállították lőtt sebbel a fején.
A kórház arról tájékoztatta a hírportált, hogy az áldozat kritikus állapotban van az intenzív osztályon. Az orvosi titoktartásra való tekintettel az állapotáról még nem hoztak nyilvánosságra részletes információkat.
Lembergben és a megye területén különleges rendőri műveletet hajtanak végre, amelyben Lemberg megye összes szolgálatának és rendőri egységének alkalmazottai részt vesznek. A hatóságok minden szükséges intézkedést megtesznek a merénylő kézre kerítése érdekében.
Irina Farion 1964. április 29-én született Lembergben. Nyelvész végzettségű, a Lembergi Műszaki Nemzeti Egyetem professzora, politikus, a Szvoboda párt tagja, a Legfelső Tanács képviselője 2012–2014 között, kétszer választották be a Lembergi Városi Tanácsba. Szélsőséges nacionalista nézeteinek hangoztatásával szerzett kétes hazai és nemzetközi hírnevet.

A Lembergi Fellebbviteli Bíróság szerdán úgy döntött, hogy visszahelyezi professzori állásába Irina Fariont a Lembergi Műszaki Nemzeti Egyetem Bölcsészeti és Társadalomtudományi Intézetének ukrán nyelvi tanszékére, és kártérítést ítél meg neki – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint az ügy tárgyalása után a bíróság a tanácskozóterembe ment. Valamivel később visszatért, és kihirdette az ítéletet: Lemberg város Halicki Kerületi Bíróságának határozata elleni fellebbezést részben ki kell elégíteni, e szerint 2023. november 24-től kezdődően Irina Dmitrivna Fariont vissza kell helyezni a Lembergi Műszaki Nemzeti Egyetem Ukrán Nyelv Tanszékének professzori állásába; be kell hajtani a Lembergi Műszaki Nemzeti Egyetemtől Irina Farion javára „a kényszerű távollét idejére felszámolt átlagkeresetet” a 2023. november 24-től 2024. május 29-ig tartó időszakra – 123 ezer 927 hrivnya 27 kopijkát; 5782 hrivnya 17 kopijka bírósági illetéket be kell hajtani a Lembergi Műszaki Nemzeti Egyetemtől.
A Lembergi Fellebbviteli Bíróság döntése megóvható a Legfelsőbb Bíróságon. A Lembergi Műszaki Nemzeti Egyetem képviselője elmondta, hogy várja a bírósági határozat teljes szövegét, és ezt követően elemzik a következő lépéseket.
A bírósági döntés kihirdetése után Irina Farion hangsúlyozta: örül annak, hogy „a jog a politikától elkülönülten létezik”. „Ez azt jelenti, hogy jó irányba haladunk. Nem rólam van szó, hanem arról, hogy a törvények működjenek, hogy senki ne engedje meg magának, hogy a felettesek nyomására megváltoztassa ezeket a törvényeket” – tette hozzá.
Az ügy előzménye, hogy Irina Farion 2023. november 5-én Janina Szokolova televíziós műsorvezető műsorában keményen bírálta az ukrán hadsereg oroszul beszélő katonáit (különösen a nacionalista Azov önkéntes formáció bázisán létrehozott 3. rohamdandárt). A nyelvész kijelentette, hogy nem nevezheti ukránoknak az oroszul beszélő katonákat. Később posztot tett közzé a közösségi oldalain, és kijelentette, hogy „harcolni Ukrajnáért nem érdem, hanem kötelesség” és „moszkovitáknak” nevezte Ukrajna az oroszul beszélő védőit.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) büntetőeljárást és vizsgálatot indított Irina Farion lembergi egyetemi tanár és volt parlamenti képviselő ellen a közelmúltban tett szélsőséges, uszító kijelentései miatt – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nyomozás megállapította, hogy Farion az egyik interjújában kijelentette, hogy kategorikusan ki nem állhatja az ukrán fegyveres erők oroszul beszélő katonáit, és nem is nevezheti őket ukránoknak. Ez felháborodási hullámot váltott ki az ukrán védők körében és általában a társadalomban.
Ezenkívül Farion a közösségi oldalain közzétett egy bejegyzést, amelyen egy ukránbarát diák üzenete látható az ideiglenesen megszállt Krím félszigetről, amelyben a volt parlamenti képviselő feltüntette a küldő utónevét, vezetéknevét és egyéb személyes adatait. Ez alapot szolgáltatott az orosz titkosszolgálatoknak a diák üldözéséhez.
Az SZBU Farion ellen a büntetőtörvénykönyv következő tételei alapján kezdeményezte a büntetőeljárást: az állampolgárok egyenjogúságának megsértése faji, nemzeti, felekezeti hovatartozás, vallási meggyőződés, fogyatékosság és egyéb okok alapján; katona becsületének és méltóságának megsértése, katonai szolgálatot teljesítő személy fenyegetése; kommunikációs eszközzel vagy számítógépen továbbított levelezés, telefonbeszélgetés, távirati vagy egyéb levelezés titkosságának megsértése, magánélet megsértése.
Az SZBU kezdeményezte Irina Farion kijelentéseinek pszichológiai és nyelvi szakértői vizsgálatát.
