A jelentés szerint szerdán érkezett a bejelentés az Ivano-Frankivszk-i rendőrségre egy helyi lakostól, hogy szemtanúja volt fiatalok és egy katonaruhás férfi közötti verekedésnek. „A telefonáló azt mondta, hogy mobiltelefonjával rögzítette a verekedés egy részletét, és a videót átadja a nyomozóknak” – áll a rendőrségi közleményben.
A rendőrök azonnal a helyszínre siettek, kihallgatták a tanúkat és azonosították a sértettet. Kiderült, hogy egy 40 éves katonáról van szó, aki Ivano-Frankivszk-i lakos. Őt kórházba szállították. A rendőrök azt is kiderítették, hogy a verekedés következtében egy járókelő megsérült, aki megpróbált kiállni a katona mellett. A sérültet is kórházba szállították.
A rendőrök azonnal azonosították az elkövetőket. Kiderült, hogy három, 26, 21 és 17 éves Ivano-Frankivszk-i lakosok az elkövetők. A rendőrség úgy tudja, hogy a 26 éves támadó ellen korábban már indult eljárás vagyon elleni bűncselekmény miatt.
A vádlottak elismerték bűnösségüket. A rendőrség megállapította, hogy a társaság Ivano-Frankivszk központjában szórakozott és alkoholt fogyasztott. „Egy katona hozzájuk lépett, és pénzt kért saját szükségleteikre. A fiatalok azonban agresszíven reagáltak a kérésére. Verbális konfliktus alakult ki a katona és a társaság egyik tagja között, ami verekedéssé fajult” – áll a rendőrségi közleményben.

Egy katonai egyenruhát viselő ismeretlen férfi nyitott tüzet a ternopili járási Dobrovodi községben csütörtökön délután, a lövöldözésnek két halálos áldozata és három sérültje van, az elkövetőt gyorsan elfogták – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Ternopil megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint 15:35 órakor érkezett bejelentés a rendőrségre a Dobrovodi községben történt lövöldözésről. Egy ismeretlen férfi automata fegyverből több lövést adott le emberekre, majd elmenekült. A lövöldözés következtében ketten meghaltak, további hárman megsebesültek, őket kórházba szállították.
A megyei rendőrség vezetése, a bűnügyi nyomozati főosztály és más operatív és szakszolgálatok munkatársai, valamint a különleges egységek azonnal a helyszínre vonultak. A térségben különleges rendőrségi műveletet indítottak az elkövető felkutatására. A rendőrök megállapították a gyanúsított személyazonosságát és lehetséges mozgási irányát. Őrizetbe vették. Kiderült, hogy a lövöldöző egy 45 éves Zsitomir megyei lakos volt.

A jelentés szerint vasárnap terjedt el a hír a médiában és a közösségi oldalakon, hogy egy katona megtámadta a főváros Pecsersz kerületében található Bulvar Fontaniv lakópark biztonsági őrét. Közölték, hogy a rendőrök kiérkezése után a katona egy autóval próbáltak menekülni, és a rendőrök felszólítására sem állt meg.
Amint a hírportál forrásai elmondták, egy tényleges szolgálatot teljesítő katonáról van szó, aki a fronton megsebesült, és kezelés alatt áll. Az eset után a rendőrök őrizetbe vették és átadták egysége parancsnokságának. Ami a fegyvert illeti, az nem harci. A biztonsági őr, akivel a katona összetűzésbe került, nem sérült meg, mert a katona a levegőbe lőtt.

Új botrányos eset történt Odesszában a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) részvételével, amikor egy férfi az autójával elütött és megsebesített egy TCK-munkatársat, aki a papírjait akarta ellenőrizni – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az Odessza megyei TCK Facebook-közlésére hivatkozva.
Az eset ma történt Odessza Hadzsibej kerületében. Amint a TCK megjegyezte, a munkatársai és a Nemzeti Gárda tagjaival együtt behívókat osztogattak. Egy személygépkocsi sofőrjétől a személyazonosító és katonai nyilvántartási okmányait kérték. A sofőr azonban tovább hajtott. Ennek következtében egy katona, aki a fronton szerzett harci sebesülései után teljesít szolgálatot a TCK-ban, megsérült.
A sértett tanúvallomást tett a férfi felelősségre vonása érdekében a közlekedési szabályok megsértése miatt. „Az Odessza megyei TCK vezetése figyelemmel kíséri a helyzetet. A fronton egészségüket vesztett védőkkel szemben tanúsított ilyen szörnyű bánásmód elfogadhatatlan! Az ukrán hadsereg ellen illegális cselekményeket elkövető személyek ellen mindenképpen büntetőeljárás indul az ukrán törvényeknek megfelelően” – áll a közleményben.

Május 23-án soron kívüli ülést tartott a Zsitomiri Városi Tanács. Az egyik jelenlévő katona az ülés alatt földdel kezdte dobálni a képviselő-testületet. A hírt a Zsitomir Online közölte.
Az ülés közben Jaroszlav Hodakoviszkij ellenezte egy kioszk építését a Béke utcán, egy almafakert helyén. Elmondása szerint többször is kihívta a helyszínre a rendőrséget.
„Több mint 30 éve élek a Pancsisnij fabrikán, és 2014 óta harcolok ezért a földért. Most is harcolok, szabadságra jöttem. A Béke sugárúton van egy almáskert: már 2021-ben észrevettem, hogy építkezések zajlanak, azt hittem, parkot csinálnak, láttam, hogy egy kioszk alapjait készítik” – mondta a katona.
A katona beszéde közben földet szórt szét a tribün körül és a képviselőkre is dobott belőle. Az ülés verekedésbe torkollott, a helyszínre kiérkezett a rendőrség.

A jelentés szerint kedd este a Micsurinszk élelmiszerbolt közelében részeg katonák egy 32 éves helyi lakost egy hirtelen támadt nézeteltérés során mellkason szúrtak. „Ezután az elkövetők egy közeli lakóház bejáratához mentek, ahol késsel megöltek egy 18 éves helyi lakost, majd megvertek két férfit: az ukrán fegyveres erők 38 éves katonáját és egy 36 éves helyi lakost. Az utóbbit a mentők a helyszínen ellátták, nem kellett kórházba szállítani.
A helyszínre kivonuló rendőrök megállapították, hogy az elkövetők egy embert megöltek, ötöt megsebesítettek. A három katona jelenleg őrizetben vannak.

Lövöldözés volt keddre virradó éjjel Kijev központjában, amelynek során a fegyveres erők egyik katonája megölt két másik katonát, az elkövetőt elfogták, a nyomozás folyamatban van – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint egy katona saját automata fegyverével tüzet nyitott két másik katonára. Ezt követően a fegyverrel megpróbált elmenekülni a helyszínről, de őrizetbe vették.
A hatóságok szándékos emberölés címén indítottak büntetőeljárást az elkövető ellen. A katonát a bűncselekményért akár 15 év börtönbüntetésre is ítélhetik.
Jelenleg folyik a nyomozás az ügyben, a bűncselekmény minden részletének és körülményének megállapítása folyamatban van. A hatóságok még vizsgálják, mi okozta a két katona halálához vezető konfliktust.

Egy 18 éves újonc szerdán a hadsereg egy bázisának lőterén tüzet nyitott a társaira, kettőt halálosan megsebesített – közölte a hatóság.
Gyilkossági kísérlet gyanújával vették őrizetbe az újoncot a Japán középső részén lévő Gifu prefektúrában – áll a rendőrség beszámolójában. A gyanúsított a Hino Kihon lőtéren lőtt a többi katonára, hárman megsebesültek, ketten később a kórházban meghaltak – erősítette meg a japán hadsereg.
A kiképzésen feltehetőleg többen is jelen voltak a lövöldözés idején, a részleteket egyelőre vizsgálják – közölte egy tiszt. Japánt biztonságos országnak tartják szigorú fegyvertartási törvényei miatt, azonban az utóbbi években történt néhány nagy nyilvánosságot kapó erőszakos cselekmény: lövöldözés, késelés a metrón, gyújtogatás.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) munkatársai vizsgálatot indítottak azon halálos kimenetelű közlekedési baleset körülményeinek a kiderítésére, amelyet Kijev megye egyik kerületi bíróságának az elnöke okozott ittasan Kijevben egy közúti ellenőrző pontnál – közölte hivatalos honlapján a DBR.
Az előzetes információk szerint május 26-án éjfél körül egy bíró autójával elgázolta a Nemzeti Gárda egyik katonáját. A baleset következtében a nemzeti gárdista a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe. A bírót őrizetbe vették. Megtagadta, hogy egészségügyi intézményben vizsgálják ki ittas állapotát.
A hatóság intézkedett, hogy a bírótól erőszakkal vegyenek biológiai mintákat. A szükséges igazságügyi szakértői vizsgálatokat már meghatározták.
A DBR büntetőeljárás keretében előzetes nyomozást indított a közúti közlekedés biztonsága vagy a közlekedés szabályainak a sértett halálát okozó megsértése miatt alkoholos, kábítószeres vagy egyéb bódult állapotban Ukrajna büntetőtörvénykönyve 286-1. cikkelyének 3. része alapján. A cikkely szerint a vétkes elkövető 10 évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel sújtható. Az eljárás irányítását a kijevi városi ügyészség végzi.
