Egy Luhanszk megyei vállalkozót azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy 35 millió hrivnyát sikkasztott el az ukrán fegyveres erőknek és területvédelemnek szánt drónok, éjjellátó készülékek és egyéb hadifelszerelések beszerzésén – számolt be csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál a Legfőbb Ügyészségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nyomozás megállapította, hogy a vállalkozó 2023-2024-ben egyszerűsített közbeszerzési eljárás keretében több szerződést kötött három katonai egységgel és egy községi tanáccsal. Vállalta speciális célú berendezések, köztük kvadrokopterek, éjjellátó eszközök és egyéb katonai felszerelések szállítását.
A bűnüldöző szervek beszámolója szerint azonban a valódi szállítások helyett az üzletember a kapott pénzeszközöket fiktív, általa ellenőrzött cégek számláira kezdte átutalni. A nyomozás megállapította, hogy ezek a vállalatok nem rendelkeztek termelési kapacitással és nem végeztek gazdasági tevékenységet. A berendezéseket egyik szerződés keretében sem szállították le, aminek következtében az állam 35 millió hrivnyát veszített.
Az üzletembert költségvetési források elsikkasztásával és bűncselekmény útján szerzett pénz tisztára mosásával gyanúsították meg. Már megelőző intézkedést is kiszabtak ellene.

Az ukrán legfelsőbb vezetés szerint egy héttel ezelőtt 150 gyereket csempésztek a megszállt luhanszki régióból Oroszországba. Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök a múlt hónapban közölte, hogy eddig 19 393 gyermeket szállítottak illegálisan Oroszországba a megszállt Ukrajnából.
Mint emlékezetes, a Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság márciusban adott ki elfogatóparancsot Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök ellen ukrán gyerekek elrablása miatt. Egészen pontosan a bíróság érvelése szerint az orosz vezető nem élt a jogával, hogy megállítson másokat, akik gyermekeket deportáltak.
Úgy vélték: a cselekmények egyebek mellett azt a szándékot mutatják, hogy az érintett gyermekeket véglegesen elszakítsák saját országuktól. A gyermekek közül sokakat örökbe adtak Oroszországban, amit megkönnyített egy, az orosz elnök által kiadott rendelettel módosított, az orosz állampolgárság megadásának eljárását felgyorsító törvény.
Oroszország nem ismeri el a hágai Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság joghatóságát.

Három civil meghalt, egy pedig megsérült a luhanszki Szvativszki járás elleni ellenséges légitámadás következtében.
A hírt Artem Liszohor, a megyei katonai adminisztráció vezetője (OVA) közölte.
„Három civil életét vesztette. Egyikük nyaki sérülést szerzett, illetve a karján és a lábán is megsebesül a Szvativszki járásban található Novojehorivka oroszok általi bombázása következtében. Egy 1977-ben született nő Harkivban került kórházba. Tegnap egy ellenséges lövedék eltalált egy családi házat, amelyben emberek tartózkodtak, és tűz ütött ki. Sajnos az erős tűz miatt nem sikerült kimenteni az embereket az égő törmelék alól” – mondta el.
Az OVA vezetője hozzátette, hogy az ellenség az elmúlt napokban szinte folyamatosan taktikai repülőkkel bombázta az említett járás elfoglalt településeit.

Ahogy írta, 12 órától 15 óráig az oroszok 14-szer tüzeltek és háromszor megrohamozták az egyik településünket. A megszállt falvakban az emberek egész nap a pincékben húzódnak meg. Ortodox gyilkosok köszöntenek minket karácsonykor.

Az orosz megszállók három Luhanszk megyei település, Kreminna, Szeverodoneck és Rubizsne teljes lakosságát ki akarják telepíteni – közölte saját értesülései alapján hétfőn az ukrán vezérkar.
„A luhanszki régióban kialakult súlyos humanitárius helyzet miatt a megszállók Kreminna, Szeverodoneck és Rubizsne településekről a civil lakosság teljes evakuálását tervezik az ideiglenesen megszállt területek mélyére” – írta esti jelentésében a kijevi katonai vezetés.
A vezérkar arról is beszámolt, hogy a Donyeck megyei Mariupolban az orosz hatóságok bővítik a propagandát sugárzó adások hatósugarát és műsoridejét. „A rendelkezésre álló információk szerint a megszállók elindítják a Mariupol-24 tévécsatornát. A tervek szerint egy hónapon belül bevezetik az éjjel-nappali adást” – számolt be a vezérkar.
Az orosz erők munkaidőben csapást mértek az északkelet-ukrajnai Szumi megye közelebbről nem megnevezett egyik létfontosságú infrastrukturális objektumára, a támadásban legalább három civil dolgozó megsebesült – közölte Dmitro Zsivickij, a régió kormányzója.
Szavai szerint a vállalat területén 19 robbanás történt, miközben a munkások ott dolgoztak.
Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) sajtószolgálatán keresztül arról adott hírt, hogy munkatársai elfogtak Herszonban egy civilruhás orosz katonát.
A férfi helyi lakosnak adta ki magát, az SZBU tisztjeivel folytatott beszélgetés során azonban bevallotta, hogy az orosz fegyveres erők 69. különálló dandárjának hivatásos katonája. A különleges szolgálat azt is megállapította, hogy az orosz megszállás alól felszabadult Herszonban információgyűjtés, az ukrán fegyveres erők elleni tűztámadások korrigálása és szabotázsakciók végrehajtása volt a feladata.
