Fennakadásokat okozott a közlekedésben és az áramellátásban a Mátra magasabban fekvő területein lehullott jelentős mennyiségű hó – tudatta a Heves megyei katasztrófavédelmi szóvivő szerdán az MTI-vel.
Nagy Csaba tájékoztatása szerint reggeltől kora délutánig tíz alkalommal avatkoztak be a katasztrófavédelem szakemberei. Kilenc helyszínen kidőlt, illetve veszélyesen megdőlt fák képeztek forgalmi akadályt, vagy azok leszakadt ágai nehezítették a közlekedést, egy esetben pedig épületre dőlt fát távolítottak el a gyöngyösi hivatásos tűzoltók.
Jelezte: Mátraszentimre, Mátraszentlászló, Mátraszentistván és Bagolyirtás településeken hajnal óta szünetel az áramellátás, ami több mint ötszáz háztartást érint. Az áramszolgáltató munkatársai dolgoznak a szolgáltatás helyreállításán – tette hozzá.
Lázár Levente, a Heves Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság sajtóreferense az MTI érdeklődésére elmondta: a havazás miatt reggel lezárták a Mátraházáról Kékestetőre vezető bekötőutat.
A korlátozást azonban az útakadályok eltávolítását követően, kora délután feloldotta a rendőrség. A váratlanul jött télies időjárás miatt – a helyi információk szerint az ország legmagasabb pontján 14 centiméternyi hó hullott – az érintett térségben balesetről nem kaptak hírt – közölte.
