A jelentés szerint a szerdai tiltakozó megmozdulásról szóló hírt üzletemberek terjesztik a közösségi médiában terjed. E szerint tüntetést tartanak november 11-én 10:00 órai kezdettel Kijevben, a kormány épületénél a kormányülés kezdete előtt. A szervezők úgy vélik, a korlátozások szigorítása megfojtja a vállalkozásokat, amelyeknek, a tavaszi karanténnal ellentétben, mostanra nem maradt pénzük a fizetésekre, bérleti díjakra, adókra, nyersanyagbeszerzésre.
Az egyik szervező, Dmitro Derkacs, a fővárosi Mozi Bolygók vállalat társtulajdonosa azt írta közösségi oldalán, hogy a karantén-szigorítás elleni tiltakozó akciót a vendéglősök kezdeményezték, de ő mindenkit csatlakozásra szólít, akit veszteség ér a megszorítások miatt. Arra hívta fel az éttermek és mozik vezetőit, hogy engedjék el a munkatársaikat a tüntetésre, és viseljen mindenki maszkot, tartson távolságot.
Derkacs közlése szerint Kijev mellett eddig 13 megyeszékhely jelezte a csatlakozását az országos megmozduláshoz (Ungvár nincs közöttük). A tüntetéseket a megyei állami adminisztrációk épületei előtt tartják.
