Két gondozottjával Campania Cilento körzetében, eggyel a Nápoly melletti Casoriában, míg a negyedik áldozattal a Rómától délre fekvő Latinában végzett. A négyszeres gyilkossággal gyanúsított férfit, Mario Eutiziát a Nápoly melletti Santa Maria Capua Vetere ügyészei utasítására tartóztatták le azt követően, hogy beismerő vallomást tett a Nápolytól északra fekvő Casertában.
