A finn bíróság két orosz diákot talált bűnösnek abban, hogy kétséges rendeltetésű árukat vásároltak Finnországban, majd Oroszországba szállították őket. Ezt az Yle finn nemzeti közszolgálati médiacég jelentette 2026. január 28-án.
A 1998-ban született férfit a szankciós rendszer súlyos megsértéséért, míg a 2005-ös születésű nőt bűnrészességért ítélték el. A férfi egy év feltételes börtönbüntetést kapott, a nő pedig négy hónapot feltételesen.
Az orosz állampolgárok egy harmadik személlyel együtt vettek részt az ún. kétséges rendeltetésű termékek – azaz olyan áruk, amelyek katonai felhasználásra is alkalmasak – beszerzésében és Oroszországba juttatásában 2022 és 2024 között Kajaani városában.

Az Egyesült Államok a hét elején szabadon engedte annak az olajszállító tankhajónak két orosz legénységi tagját, amely a Marinera néven, orosz zászló alatt hajózva került lefoglalásra az Atlanti-óceánon – közölte pénteken az orosz külügyminisztérium.
A tárca üdvözölte a döntést és köszönetet mondott Washingtonnak, egyben jelezte: intézkedik az érintettek mielőbbi hazatéréséről – számolt be a hirado.hu.
Olha Sztefanisina, Ukrajna Egyesült Államokba akkreditált nagykövetét idézve az Interfax Ukraine közölte, hogy hajó legénységének nagy része ukrán állampolgár. Sztefanisina elmondta, hogy az ukrán diplomaták kapcsolatban állnak az amerikai hatóságokkal annak érdekében, hogy biztosítsák a konzuli hozzáférést az ukrán legénységi tagokhoz, és folyamatos kapcsolatot tartsanak velük. „A nagykövetség kézben tartja a helyzetet, és minden szükséges eszközt igénybe vesz az ukrán állampolgárokkal való kapcsolattartás érdekében” – idézte a nagykövetet az Interfax Ukraine.
A Marinera – korábbi nevén Bella-1 – a Fehér Ház szóvivője Karoline Leavitt tájékoztatása szerint a venezuelai szankcionált olajexportot bonyolító úgynevezett „árnyékflottához” tartozott.
A orosz közlekedési minisztérium közölte, hogy a hajó 2025. december 24-én ideiglenes engedélyt kapott arra, hogy az orosz állami zászló alatt közlekedjen, összhangban az orosz jogszabályokkal és a nemzetközi joggal.
A minisztérium korábban azt is közölte, hogy az amerikai haditengerészet fedélzetre lépését követően Izland közelében elveszítették a kapcsolatot a hajóval.
Az Egyesült Államok az elmúlt hetekben öt hajót foglalt le a venezuelai olajexport visszaszorítására irányuló műveletek részeként. Legutóbb, pénteken a Karib-térségben egy újabb tankert, az Olina nevű hajót tartóztatták fel Trinidad közelében; amerikai források szerint a hajó hamisan Kelet-Timor zászlaja alatt közlekedett, és Venezuelából indult.

A jelentés szerint az államfő megbeszélést tartott egyes ukrán régiók biztonsági helyzetéről. Elsősorban Vaszil Maljuk, az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) vezetője számolt be az orosz ügynökhálózatok és kollaboránsok elleni ellenlépésekről a frontvonalban, a határ menti régiókban és délen. „Néhány személy orosz állampolgárságának meglétét is megerősítették – megfelelő döntéseket készítettek elő velük kapcsolatban. A rendelet alá van írva” – jegyezte meg Volodimir Zelenszkij, részletek nyilvánosságra hozatala nélkül.
Dnyipropetrovszk megye helyzetét külön is megvitatták. Zelenszkij megköszönte Szerhij Liszaknak, a Dnyipropetrovszk Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének a hatékony munkáját. További feladatokat is kitűzött számára.
Tegnap vált ismertté, hogy Hennagyij Truhanov odesszai polgármester állampolgárságtól való megfosztására irányuló petíció megkapta a szükséges 25 000 szavazatot ahhoz, hogy Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök megvizsgálja azt. A petíció szerzője azzal magyarázta kezdeményezését, hogy az újságírók többször is olyan információkat tettek közzé, amelyek megerősítik Truhanov orosz állampolgárságának meglétét.
Truhanov maga kijelentette, hogy nincs orosz útlevele. Egyúttal kifejezte hajlandóságát a hazugságvizsgálatra.

Moldovában lelepleztek egy bűnözői csoportot, amely segített Oroszország állampolgárainak illegális tartózkodási engedély vagy állampolgárság megszerzésében.
A moldovai Belső Biztonsági és Korrupcióellenes Szolgálat (SPIA) szerint a csoport magánszemélyekből és jogi személyekből állt, akik migrációs tanácsadó cégeket hoztak létre.
A nyomozók megállapították, hogy a Migrációs Főfelügyelőség néhány alkalmazottja olyan csoportot támogatott, amely segített orosz állampolgároknak elkerülni a katonai szolgálatot vagy a szankciókat.
A szolgáltatásért 3–10 ezer dollárt kértek.
A rendfenntartók három cég és a Migrációs Főfelügyelőség irodájában tartottak házkutatást, több mint 90 ezer dollárt, több mint 12 ezer eurót, valamint a nyomozáshoz kapcsolódó dokumentumokat, szerződéseket, mobiltelefonokat és egyéb dolgokat foglaltak le.

Herszon megye ideiglenesen megszállt településein az oroszok megalázzák a civil lakosságot. „Gödörrel” fenyegetik az útlevelet elutasítókat. A megszállók többször is demonstratív büntetéseket alkalmaztak: zsákot húztak a férfiakra és a lövészárkokba dobták őket” – írja a CNSZ.
