Október 21-én, hétfőn lelőttek egy oroszokat szállító teherszállító repülőgépet Szudánban.
Erről az Oroszországi Föderáció szudáni nagykövetsége számolt be.
A gép a dárfúri régióban zuhant le, ahol jelenleg is folynak harcok a hadsereg és a Rapid Response Force (RSF) félkatonai szervezet között. Az oroszok vizsgálják az eset körülményeit.
A lezuhant gépről videót is közzétettek az interneten.
A Mash orosz Telegram-csatorna szerint az egyik halott az Airline Transport Incorporation főmérnöke, Viktor Granov. Korábban az Airline Pilot zárt részvénytársaság alapítója volt.
A második orosz, aki a lezuhant Il-76 fedélzetén tartózkodott, egy baskíriai repülőgépmérnök volt. A sebesültek és elhunytak pontos száma nem ismert, de az Il-76 legénysége általában 5 főből áll.

Ismertté vált, hány ukrán újságírót tartanak fogva az oroszok. A 2024 májusi adatok szerint az oroszok az ukrán sajtó 31 képviselőjét tartják fogságban az Oroszországi Föderáció területén – számolt be Tetyana Katricsenko, a „Médiakezdeményezés az emberi jogokért” civil szervezet ügyvezető igazgatója, a Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform sajtótájékoztatóján.
„A mai adatok szerint a sajtó emberi jogi kezdeményezése 31 médiaszemélyt azonosított, akiket Oroszország elrabolt Ukrajna megszállt területeiről. Sok esetben ezeknek az embereknek a sorsa ismeretlen marad. Sem a hozzátartozók, sem az emberi jogok védelmezői nem kapnak információt hollétükről és egészségi állapotukról” – mondta.
Katricsenko hozzátette, hogy a szervezet tanulmányozza a megszállt területeken ukrán civilek, többek között az újságírók fogva tartásának tényeit,.
A szervezet adatai szerint jelenleg az alábbi személyek vannak az orosz börtönökben: Aziz Azirov, Ernesz Ametov, Oszman Arifmemetov, Marlen Aszanov, Aszan Ahtemov, Remzi Bekirov, Olekszij Besszarabov, Makszim Butkevics, Vlagyiszlav Gerson, Anasztaszija Hluhovszka, Irina Danilovics, Nariman Dzseljal, Vlagyiszlav Jeszipenko, Timur Ibragimov, Jevhen Ilcsenko, Georgij Levcsenko, Irina Levcsenko, Olekszandr Malisev, Szerver Musztafajev, Rusztem Oszmanov, Hennagyij Oszmak, Viktorija Roscsina, Makszim Rupcsov, Szejran Szalijev, Jana Szuvorova, Amet Szulejmanov, Ruszlan Szulejmanov, Villen Temerjanov, Dmitro Hiljuk, Szerhij Cihipa, Rusztem Sejhalijev, Dmitro Stiblikov.

Vasárnap egy hatalmas pláza égett le Varsóban, de másutt is felcsaptak országszerte a lángok. Mindez napokkal azután, hogy a sajtóban olyan hírek jelentek meg, hogy az orosz titkosszolgálatok az európai infrastruktúra ellen terveznek támadásokat.
Az elmúlt napokban tűzesetek sora söpört végig Lengyelországban, melyek között a legnagyobb a varsói Marywilska 44 pláza porig égése volt vasárnap és az ország igazságügyminisztere, Adam Bodnar az oroszokat sejti a háttérben. Egy másik alkalommal egy iskola égett le Grodzisk Mazowieckiben az érettségi alatt, ami miatt 60 embert kellett kimenekíteni.
Bodnar a Polsat News nevű tévécsatornának nyilatkozva kapta meg a kérdést, hogy vajon Oroszországnak lehetett-e köze a lángokhoz, miután több helyen is megjelentek olyan információk, hogy az orosz titkosszolgálatok az európai infrastruktúrával szemben készülnek támadásokra.
Több kémet is elfogtak a lengyelek az utóbbi időben
A tárcavezető felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy a szomszédban háború folyik és egy hibridháború is zajlik, ezért a legszörnyűbb lehetőségeket sem lehet kizárni – írja az Euractiv. Bodnar mindemellett példaként említette azt is, hogy nemrég kémkedés gyanújával tartóztattak le egy férfit a rzeszówi repülőtéren vagy egy másik személyt, aki egy gyár ellen készült gyújtogatásra Wroclaw-ban. A miniszter szerint számos hasonló eset van.
Bodnar ugyanakkor azt nem erősítette meg, hogy a tüzeket gyújtogatás okozta volna, arra hivatkozva, hogy nem lenne bölcs dolog ilyesmiről beszélnie teljes meggyőződéssel. Ugyanakkor korábban egy kormánypárti képviselő, aki a lengyel parlament nemzetvédelmi bizottságának is tagja arról írt az X-en, hogy minden nagyobb tűz vagy más katasztrófa mögött szabotázs állhat, amit keletről irányítanak.
A varsói polgármester, Rafał Trzaskowski hétfőn ugyanakkor arról beszélt, hogy nem kötik össze a tűzesetek utáni nyomozást, ugyanis mindegyik tűz másmilyen. Lengyelország az Ukrajna elleni orosz invázió óta Kijev egyik legfontosabb támogatója volt, amin a kormányváltás sem változtatott.

Továbbra is Oroszországot tartja a morvaországi Vrbetice lőszerraktárában tíz éve történt robbantások felelősének a cseh rendőrség – közölte hétfőn a szervezett bűnözés elleni rendőrségi központ (NCOZ) szóvivője Prágában.
Bár a szóvivő szerint a cseh hatóságok bizonyítottnak tekintik, hogy az orosz katonai hírszerzés (GRU) tagjai felelősek a robbantásokért, a vádemeléshez szükséges információk hiányában a vizsgálatot kénytelenek lezárni, mert a nyomozásban való együttműködést az orosz fél megtagadta.
Az NCOZ információi szerint a külföldi kémek célja a fegyverek és lőszerek eljuttatásának megakadályozása volt olyan területekre, ahol az orosz hadsereg katonái tevékenykednek. Az orosz ügynökök kifejezetten ebből a célból utaztak Csehországba, majd az akció elvégzése után onnan azonnal távoztak.
A cseh rendőrség a brit, ukrán és amerikai szolgálatokkal szorosan együttműködve a nyomozás során megállapította, hogy arról a két orosz állampolgárról van szó, akiket a nagy-britanniai Salisburyban élő Szergej Szkripal és lánya elleni merénylet elkövetésével is gyanúsítanak.
Tíz évvel ezelőtt, 2014 októberében és decemberében robbanások történtek a morvaországi Vrbeticében található lőszerraktárban. Oroszország ugyanazon évben korábban elfoglalta a Krím félszigetet. A robbanások során két ember életét vesztette, és óriási anyagi kár keletkezett. A megmaradt robbanószerkezetek hatástalanítása és megtisztítása több évig tartott.
A cseh kormány 2018 áprilisában, Andrej Babis miniszterelnöksége idején hozta nyilvánosságra az Oroszország elleni vádakat, amelyeket a Kreml visszautasított. Ezt követően mindkét ország kölcsönösen diplomatákat utasított ki, Oroszország pedig felvette Csehországot a vele szemben „barátságtalan” országok listájára.
Andrej Babis három évvel a Moszkva elleni vádak nyilvánosságra hozása után azt mondta, hogy nem minősíthető állami terrorizmusnak a vrbeticei robbanás, Oroszország nem Csehország ellen, hanem egy bolgár fegyverkereskedő áruja ellen intézett támadást. Ennek ellenére – mondta – elfogadhatatlan az, hogy az orosz katonai titkosszolgálat ügynökei Csehország területén hajtottak végre ilyen, ráadásul „félresikerült” akciót.

„A folyamatos fennakadások a globális navigációs műholdas rendszerben nagy valószínűséggel Oroszország felől erednek – beleértve a kalinyingrádi területet is –, és az elektromágneses tartomány zavarásán alapulnak” – mondta a német minisztérium egyik szóvivője a Reuters hírügynökségnek nyilatkozva.
Az illetékes nem tárta fel, hogy Berlin miként jutott erre a megállapításra, és a fennakadások jellegét sem tisztázta „katonai-biztonsági okokra” hivatkozva.
Ivar Värk, az észt légiirányítás vezetője a helyi közszolgálati televíziónak nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy a zavarások fokozódtak az utóbbi időben. „Naponta 10-20 bejelentést kapunk a pilótáktól, hogy egyes térségekben Észtország felett zavar van a GPS-rendszer működésében” – ismertette Värk. Az észt tisztségviselő szerint mindennek valószínű célja az ukrán támadó drónok megzavarása.
Az Észt Fogyasztóvédelmi és Technológiafelügyeleti Hatóság (TTJA) közölte, hogy a zavarást Oroszország leningrádi területéről sugározzák Észtország irányába, és e tevékenység az ukrajnai háború kitörésével csak fokozódott, s területileg is kiterjedt.
Márciusban egy kormányzati forrás arról számolt be, hogy feltehetőleg Oroszország zavarta a műholdas jelet azon a repülőgépen, amellyel Grant Shapps brit védelmi miniszter utazott az Oroszországhoz tartozó kalinyingrádi exklávé közelében. A GPS-jelek zavarása ugyan hatással bír a kereskedelmi légijáratokra, de az utasszállítóknak rendszerint más navigációs lehetőségeik is vannak.

Az amerikai igazságügyi minisztérium háborús bűnökkel vádol négy orosz férfit, köztük két parancsnokot, amiért állítólag részt vettek egy amerikai megkínzásában az ukrajnai invázió során. Ez az első vádemelés az orosz fegyveres erők tagjai ellen az Ukrajna elleni háború során elkövetett atrocitásokkal kapcsolatban – írta meg az AP News.
A vádak szerint – amelyeket egy közel 30 éves amerikai törvény alapján emeltek a négy orosz személy ellen – többek között azt állítják, hogy megkínoztak és embertelenül bántak Ukrajnában egy amerikai személlyel szemben. A lépés egyelőre szimbolikus jelentőségű, mivel mind a négy vádlott jelenleg szökésben van.
Az érintett orosz katonákat azzal vádolják, hogy 2022-ben elraboltak egy amerikai férfit egy ukrajnai faluban lévő otthonából. Az áldozatot állítólag megverték, kínvallatásnak vetették alá és durván bántak vele a további 10 napos fogsága alatt egy orosz katonai táborban. Annak ellenére, hogy a szökevények elfogásának valószínűsége csekély, amerikai tisztviselők az ügyet történelmi pillanatnak nevezték az orosz háborús bűnökkel kapcsolatos folyamatban lévő nyomozásban, és utaltak arra, hogy a jövőben további eljárások követhetik a mostaniakat.
Merrick Garland igazságügyi miniszter, hangsúlyozva az amerikai kormány elkötelezettségét, kijelentette: „Ez az első ügyünk, de még többre számíthatnak”.

A szövetségi rendőrség munkatársai őrizetbe vették a 16 éves oroszországi támadót, és átadták törvényes gyámjainak. A rendőrség kihallgatja a tanúkat és nyomoz az ügyben.
