Mexikóban szállt fel az a kétmotoros repülőgép, melynek roncsait szombaton megtalálták a Costa Rica-i hatóságok. A tájékoztatás ugyanakkor azt nem árulta el, hogy holttesteket vagy épp túlélőket találtak-e a roncsok közelében.
A gépen az utaslista szerint Rainer Schaller, a legnagyobb német konditeremlánc, a McFit alapító-vezérigazgatója utazott barátnőjével és gyerekeivel és még egy személlyel. A vállalat szóvivője is megerősítette, hogy Schaller a gépen volt – írja a Deutsche Welle.
A vezető konditeremlánc élén álló Schaller korábban is egy tragédia kapcsán került a hírekbe, ő volt ugyanis a tulajdonosa a Love Parade nevű elektronikus zenei fesztivált szervező cégnek, amikor 2010-ben 21-en meghaltak az akkor Duisburgban megtartott rendezvényen. Schaller ezt követően közölte, többé nem rendezik meg a fesztivált.
