Egy szemetet szállító észak-koreai léggömb ismét az elnöki épületre zuhant Szöul központjában. Az incidens azután történt, hogy Észak-Korea szerint Dél-Korea drónokkal propagandaröplapokat szórt szét Phenjan fölött – írja az AP News.
A szemétben nem találtak veszélyes tárgyakat vagy anyagokat – közölte közleményében a dél-koreai elnöki biztonsági szolgálat. Észak-Korea május vége óta több ezer léggömböt küldött Dél-Koreába, amelyeken műanyag- és papírhulladékot tartalmazó zsákok voltak, egy hidegháborús stílusú pszichológiai kampány folytatásaként.
A dél-koreai média arról számolt be, hogy Jun Szogjol dél-koreai elnököt és feleségét bíráló észak-koreai röplapokat találtak korábban Szöul egyik kerületében, ahol az elnöki iroda is található.
A tudósítások szerint ez volt az első alkalom, hogy észak-koreai propagandaszórólapokat találtak Dél-Koreában azóta, hogy az észak öt hónappal ezelőtt megkezdte léggömbkampányát.
A dél-koreai elnök biztonsági szolgálata nem erősítette meg a jelentéseket. A dél-koreai vezérkari főnök később azonban felszólította Észak-Koreát, hogy hagyjon fel a déli elnököt rágalmazó „durva röplapok” röptetésével, és arra figyelmeztetett, hogy Phenjan teljes mértékben felelős lesz minden következményért.
Szakértők szerint Észak-Korea valószínűleg nem rendelkezik olyan kifinomult technológiával, amely ahhoz szükséges, hogy léggömböket dobjon le konkrét célpontokra.

Újabb, feltehetően szeméttel teli léggömböket indított Észak-Korea Dél-Korea területe felé szombaton – közölte a dél-koreai hadsereg.
A léggömbök akár a Szöul körüli Kjonggi tartományt is elérhetik majd. A hadsereg figyelmeztette a lakosságot, hogy ügyeljenek a magasból lehulló tárgyakra, és azonnal értesítsék a hatóságokat, ha léggömbök közeledését észlelik.
Phenjan legutóbb szerdán bocsátott fel gyaníthatóan hulladékkal megrakott léggömböket, de azok nagy része végül nem lépte át a két ország közötti demarkációs vonalat.
Május óta Észak-Korea több ilyen akciót is végrehajtott már. A léggömbökhöz csatolt zsákok főként papír- és műanyaghulladékot tartalmaztak, amit Phenjan válasznak szánt a dél-koreai aktivisták által észak felé indított, propagandaanyagot tartalmazó léggömbökre.
Csütörtökön Észak-Korea rövid hatótávolságú ballisztikus rakétákat lőtt ki a tenger felé. A szöuli vezérkari közlemény szerint a rakéták körülbelül 360 kilométert repültek, majd a tengerbe zuhantak. A dél-koreai hadsereg elítélte a rakétaindítást, és kiemelte, hogy az súlyos fenyegetést jelent a térség békéjére és biztonságára. A fegyverprogramja miatt nemzetközi szankciók alatt álló Észak-Korea legutóbb július legelején kísérletezett ballisztikus rakétákkal.

A Breitbart arról számolt be, hogy pénteken a dél-koreai fegyverek erők az Észak-Koreával közös határon ismét szünet nélkül közvetítenek hangosbeszélő segítségével antikommunista tartalmakat, Kim Dzsongun által betiltott híreket és különféle könnyűzenéket. Észak-Korea szerint velük szemben ez minden idők legirritálóbb akciója.
Észak-Korea évek óta jelzi, hogy a dél-koreai közvetítéseket tartja az egyik legirritálóbb akciónak a rezsim ellen, amely szigorúan ellenőrzi, hogy polgárai milyen médiát fogyaszthatnak legálisan. Ugyanis minden olyan média, amelyet nem az észak-koreai rezsim hozott létre, illegális az országban, így biztosítva azt, hogy a polgárok nem kapnak megfelelő tájékoztatást a külvilágról.
Dél-Korea azt követően kezdte meg akcióját, hogy Észak-Korea folyamatosan szeméttel teli léggömböket küldtek át a dél határvidékre, válaszul a dél-koreai legfelsőbb bíróság döntésére. amely alkotmányellenesnek minősítette, hogy a kormány megakadályozza az aktivistákat abban, hogy politikai röpiratokat vagy élelmiszert szállító léggömböket szállítsanak Észak-Koreába.
Még májusban mintegy 150 léggömb érkezett meg Észak-Koreából Dél-Korea területére. A ballonokra szemeteszsákokat erősítettek, azok állati eredetű trágyát, emberi ürüléket, szemetet szállították a két országot elválasztó demilitarizált övezet felett. A léggömbök komoly károkat okoztak Dél-Korea-szerte. Phenjan ennek kapcsán azt állította, több mint 1000 léggömböt küldtek át a határon. Emellett a rezsim folytatja ballisztikus rakétákkal végrehajtott erődemonstrációit is.
Kim Dzsongun rezsimje csütörtökről péntekre virradó éjszaka pedig körülbelül 200 léggömböt küldött át a szomszédjához. A Korea JoongAng Daily című napilap szerint közülük azonban csak mintegy 40-nek sikerült átlépnie a határt az időjárás miatt.
Ha [a déli] söpredék tovább folytatja durva és mocskos játékát, [Észak] ellenlépésének módja elkerülhetetlenül meg fog változni – figyelmeztetett Kim Dzsongun nővére, Kim Jó Dzsong kedden, a legutóbbi léggömbök ledobása előtt.
A dél-koreai hadsereg megerősítette, hogy a léggömbök többnyire papírt tartalmaztak, és úgy tűnt, hogy nem tartalmaznak veszélyes anyagokat, majd kiadtak egy közleményt, hogy a határon 24 órán keresztül sugároznak hangszórórendszer segítségével különféle adásokat.

A papír- és műanyaghulladékok mellett ruházati luxustermékek hamisított változatait is azonosították a nyomozók, illetve olyan ruhadarabokat, amelyeken az amerikai Disney vállalat híres rajzfilmfigurái szerepeltek.
Egyes, a zsákokban talált, ollóval szétszabdalt ruhadarabok egy olyan dél-koreai textilipari vállalat termékei, amely 2000 óta küldött ruhákat Észak-Koreába – közölte a dél-koreai országegyesítési minisztérium.

Észak-Korea több száz, a cigarettacsikkektől a műanyagig terjedő hulladékkal megtöltött léggömböt küldött át a határon – közölte vasárnap a dél-koreai hadsereg.
Az akció keddi kezdete óta mintegy 900 léggömböt bocsátottak fel a dél-koreai vezérkari főnök szerint, aki korábban mintegy 260, hulladékkal, köztük használt elemekkel, cigarettacsikkekkel és állati ürülékkel töltött léggömbről számolt be.
„Észak-Korea szombat este 20 óra (helyi idő szerint) óta újra megkezdte a szeméttel töltött léggömbök felbocsátását Dél-Korea irányába” – áll a vezérkari főnökök egyesített bizottságának közleményében. „Mintegy 600 léggömböt azonosítottak, óránként 20-50 léggömb mozgott a levegőben” – írták a dokumentumban.
A léggömbök Dél-Korea északi tartományaiban szálltak le, köztük a fővárosban, Szöulban és a szomszédos Gyeonggi régióban, ahol együttesen a dél-koreai lakosság közel fele él.
Szöul szerdán elítélt egy hasonló akciót, a dél-koreai egyesítési minisztérium pedig pénteken ellenintézkedésekre figyelmeztetett, ha Phenjan nem hagy fel ezekkel az „irracionális” provokációkkal.
A legutóbbi akció során a léggömbökben „szemét, cigarettacsikk, papír- és ruhadarabok, valamint műanyag hulladék” volt – derült ki a vasárnap tájékoztatásból, megjegyezve, hogy „nem találtak veszélyes anyagokat”.
A dél-koreai hatóságok felszólították a határmenti területen élőket, hogy semmilyen körülmények között ne érjenek hozzá a csomagok tartalmához, illetve arra figyelmeztettek, hogy a zuhanó zsákok komoly sérüléseket és károkat okozhatnak.
A 1953-ban lezárt koreai háború tűzszüneti megállapodással ért véget, a két ország jogilag a mai napig nem kötött békeszerződést, és így technikailag több mint hetven éve hadban áll egymással.

Malasivka faluban, Ternopil közelében második napja tart egy hatalmas szemétlerakón kialakult tűz oltása. A hírt a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) sajtószolgálata közölte.
Az információk szerint a szemét 70 köbméteren ég, a helyszínen 16 tűzoltó és három jármű van jelen. A lángok alatt körülbelül 10 méter mélyen van hulladék.
A tűz június 29-én keletkezett, egyelőre ismeretlen okokból.

Як вдалось встановити жінка, місцева жителька, 1940 року народження випала з балкона 5 поверху та при падінні зачепилась за мотузки, натягнуті для сушіння білизни на рівні 4-го поверху.Один з рятувальників з балкона третього поверху підтримував потерпілу, страхуючи її від падіння, а інші встановивши висувну драбину дістались до неї. Знесилену бабусю зняли на балкон третього поверху та передали працівникам швидкої допомоги.

Árad a Tisza, a folyó felső szakaszára újra nagy mennyiségű kommunális hulladék érkezik, amelynek kiszedése pénteken megkezdődött – közölte a magyar Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság (OVF) szóvivője az MTI-vel.
Siklós Gabriella közleményében azt írta: a Felső-Tisza vízgyűjtőjén az elmúlt 24 órában átlagosan csak 1-4 milliméternyi csapadék hullott. Az elmúlt napok esőzései hatására azonban áradás indult el a folyókon, ezzel együtt kommunálishulladék-szennyezés is érkezett a Felső-Tiszára. A kameraképek és gátőrök szerint péntek reggel Rahónál percenként 1-2, a magyarországi határszelvényben Tiszabecsnél percenként 30-40 kommunális hulladék érkezett, míg a Szamos folyón Csengernél percenként 60-80 jön. A nagy mennyiségű kommunális hulladék miatt a magyarországi Felső-Tisza-vidéki Vízügyi Igazgatóság csütörtök délben harmadfokú vízminőségi kárelhárítási készültséget rendelt el. A kárelhárítást végző úszóműparkot csütörtökön a vásárosnaményi hídhoz irányították, és részleges folyamzárat kezdtek felállítani. A hulladékot péntek délelőtt kezdték kiszedni egy magyar fejlesztésű géplánccal, a munka váltott műszakban, folyamatosan zajlik. A hulladékot a híd lábánál kiépített úgynevezett vízminőségi kárhelyen válogatják és a darabolását is elvégzik. Siklós Gabriella azt írta: a magyar fejlesztésű műszaki infrastruktúrát már hatodszor vetik be éles helyzetben a vízügyi szakemberek irányításával.
További csapadék várható
Magyarországon a Tisza vízszintje várhatóan elsőfokú készültségi szint alatt marad, de a vízszintemelkedés helyenként többméteres lesz. Ha a vízállás Vásárosnaménynál eléri a 6 métert, akkor a géplánc továbbra is képes kiterelni a hullámtérre az érkező uszadékot, de annak kiszedésére és elszállítására csak apadáskor lesz lehetőség – közölte a szóvivő. Az időjárás-előrejelzések szerint a következő 3 napban a Felső-Tisza vízgyűjtőjén 12-14 milliméternyi csapadék várható, amely további árhullámok kialakulásához vezethet, ezért a vízügyi szakemberek kamerákkal és a gátőrök segítségével folyamatosan figyelik a levonuló „idegen anyagok” mennyiségét.

Teljes készültségben vannak a magyar PET Kupa önkéntesei, miután sokkoló felvételt kaptak arról, hogy Munkács közelében a folyamatos esőzés miatt szemétáradat indult el Szlovákián keresztül Magyarország felé. Az önkéntesek folyamatosan figyelik a vízszint emelkedését és az időjárás alakulását. Abban bíznak, hogy sikerül megfékezni Magyarországra vízi úton érkező, nagy mennyiségű hulladékot.
A Bodrogon keresztül érkezhet meg Magyarországra az a nagy mennyiségű szemétáradat, amit a Munkácshoz közeli esőzések indítottak el – írta a PET Kupa közösségi oldalán. A vízen úszó hömpölygő szemétről felvétel is készült, amit eljuttattak az önkéntesekhez, akik folyamatosan figyelik a vízszint emelkedését és az időjárás-előrejelzést, és biztatásukra az ukrán oldalon lévő folyómentők is akcióba léptek. Abban bíznak, hogy nem lesz szükségük segítő kezekre. Közleményükben úgy fogalmaztak: „Ez nem lehetetlen küldetés, hiszen az elmúlt évek kitartó felső-tiszai folyótisztító munkájának már van látható eredménye, a régió ártereinek tisztasága jelentős mértékben javult.”
Mint ismert, a PET Kupa önkéntesei szeptemberben az I. Bodrog PET Kupa során már megtisztították a folyó egy nagy szakaszát a szeméttől, céljuk pedig, hogy ezt az állapotot fenntartsák.

A tiszai árhullámmal nagy mennyiségű kommunális hulladék halad Magyarország irányába a felsőbb, ukrajnai szelvényekről.
Jókora árhullám indult meg a Tisza felső szakaszain és a Szamoson. Tiszabecsen 1,5 méteres, Vásárosnaménynál 3 méteres vízállás-emelkedést tapasztaltak. Az áradás a másodfokú árvízvédelmi készültségi szintet is elérheti. A víz hatalmas mennyiségű szemetet szállít Ukrajnából és Romániából az Magyarországba, a szakemberek kedd reggelig 911 köbméter vegyes hulladéktól tisztították meg a folyót.
Az Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság tájékoztatójából kiderült, hogy a Tisza medrének teljes szélességében érkező úszó hulladékot, szemetet és más idegen anyagokat Aranyosapátinál néhány napos, míg Vásárosnaménynál tíznapos időtartamban, részleges mederelzárással távolították el a nyíregyházi vízügyi szakemberek, a két helyszínen III. fokú vízminőségi kárelhárítási készültséget rendeltek el.

vízgyűjtőjére az elmúlt 24 órában lehullott csapadék hatására
a Tisza magyarországi szakaszán kisebb árhullám vonul le. Az
áradással egy időben, csütörtök délután a Felső-Tisza-vidéki
Vízügyi Igazgatóság figyelőszolgálata a telepített
kamerarendszer alapján jelezte, hogy ukrán területről percenként
mintegy húsz kommunális hulladék érkezik a folyón.

magyar Országos Meteorológiai Szolgálat előrejelzése szerint a
következő 24 órában a Felső-Tisza vízgyűjtőjén 6 milliméter
csapadék várható, amely további vízszintemelkedést okoz, és az
áradással várhatóan további flakon és uszadék érkezik.
A Felső-Tisza-vidéki
Vízügyi Igazgatóság vezetője a hulladék eltávolítása
érdekében csütörtök 14 órától harmadfokú vízminőségi
kárelhárítási készültséget rendelt el, ennek során géplánccal
távolítják el a folyón érkező PET-palackokat és egyéb
kommunális hulladékot.

szerint pénteken elkezdődik az erdőtakarítás Tiszaszalkánál,
és így a magyar Tisza egyik legszennyezettebb, Natura 2000-es
ártéri erdeje tisztul meg hétvégén a hulladéktól. Mint írták,
most először, a magyar vízügyesek meghívására, több mint
ötven ukrán vízügyi szakember is részt vesz az akcióban,
amelyben a vízügyi szakemberek mellett PET Kupások és civilek
vesznek részt.
Az Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság a kármentesítéshez szükséges teljes infrastruktúrával, a vízügy szakértőivel és önkénteseivel segíti a munkát.
