Öt embert megkéselt egy 23 éves szír menekült az ausztriai Villachban, szombat délután. A támadásban négyen megsebesültek, egy 14 éves fiút életét vesztette.
A támadó ártalmatlanításában az egyik szemtanú is segítséget nyújtott, a merénylőt a rendőrök elfogták. A villachi farsangi karnevált lemondták, a belügyminisztert is meghívták a vasárnapi megemlékezésre. A vezető osztrák pártok elítélték a támadást, valamint a migrációs szabályok szigorítását és a bevándorlók kitoloncolását követelték.
Öt embert is késelt meg egy 23 éves, ausztriai tartózkodási joggal rendelkező szír férfi Villachban szombat délután, a támadásban négyen megsebesültek és egy 14 éves fiú belehalt a sérüléseibe – írja az ORF. A sebesültek közül ketten súlyosabb, ketten könnyebb sérülést szenvedtek.
A helyzet súlyosbodását az egyik szemtanú akadályozta meg, a rendőrségi szóvivő szerint az elkövető válogatás nélkül támadott az emberekre. Az ORF hozzáteszi, az egyik szemtanú (egy 42 éves szír ételfutár) az autójából vette észre a bűncselekményt, aki ezt követően ráhajtott a kocsijával a támadóra. Az ételfutár, aki megállította a késes támadást nem sérült meg, a 23 éves szír elkövetőt pedig elfogták a rendőrök.
A hatóságok szerint a támadó korábban ismeretlen volt a hatóságok előtt, azonban szerintük egyelőre nem világos még, hogy magányos elkövetőről van-e szó, ezért a lehetséges bűntársakat még keresik, ahogy a támadás indítékát sem tudták még egyértelműen meghatározni. A közeli menekülttábor miatt ugyanis további támadások elkövetéséről is felmerültek szóbeszédek, ezek létjogosultságát a hatóságok egyelőre nem erősítették meg. A támadóról felvételek is készültek az őrizetbe vétele idején, amelyen az látszik, hogy a kamerába mosolyog, miközben az egyik rendőr igyekszik letartóztatni.

Egészen hihetetlen fordulatot vettek szombatról vasárnapra virradóra a németországi terroresemények. Korábban már úgy tűnt, hogy a német rendőrségnek sikerülhetett kézre kerítenie a solingeni merénylőt, amikor rajtaütött egy helyi menekültszálláson. Ám most kiderült: nem az akkor letartóztatott férfi késelt halálra péntek este három embert és sebesített meg másik négyet súlyosan.
Történt ugyanis, hogy az akciót követően pár órával a zuhogó esőben, véres ruhában egy 26 éves szír férfi odasétált egy Solingenben járőröző rendőrautóhoz és feladata magát.
Én vagyok az, akit kerestek – közölte a rendőrökkel a Bild beszámolója szerint. Ami ennél is lényegesebb, hogy az információ immáron hivatalos. A Spiegel hívta fel rá a figyelmet, hogy Észak-Rajna-Vesztfália belügyminisztere, Herbert Reul (CDU) megerősítette a letartóztatást az ARD Tagesthemen című műsorában. „Megvan a gyanúsított, akit egész nap kerestünk” – jelentette be.
Hozzátette, hogy bizonyítékokat is találtak.
Ő gyilkolt Solingenben, egy 26 éves szír
A Solingen városában gyilkoló terrorista neve Issa al H. A szíriai Deir al-Sor városában született és 2022. december végén érkezett Németországba. Bielefeldben kért menedékjogot, majd egy évvel később úgynevezett kiegészítő védelmet kapott, amit a polgárháború sújtotta országokból érkező menekültek gyakran kapnak.
Szunnita muszlim, korábban nem szerepelt a hatósági nyilvántartásokban, mint iszlamista szélsőséges. Az elmúlt 26 órában állítólag egy solingeni ház hátsó udvarában bújt el és ezért nem találta meg a német rendőrség.
