Egyre több olyan orosz ellen indul büntetőeljárás, akik bírálják Moszkva ukrajnai hadműveleteit. Az eljárásokra a március 4-én elfogadott törvények értelmében kerül sor – írta meg a Reuters.
A háború hajnalán elfogadott két kiegészítés megkülönbözteti az orosz hadsereg lejáratására irányuló cselekedeteket, illetve az orosz hadseregről történő hamis információk terjesztését. A lejáratás pénzbírsággal és háromtól öt évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntethető, a súlyosabb kiegészítés alapján azonban tíz évre is rács mögé kerülhetnek emberek.
Az igazságügyi minisztérium ebben a hónapban adott ki egy kézikönyvet a nyomozók és bírák számára, amelyben elmagyarázza, hogyan lehet különbséget tenni a hadsereg lejáratása és a hamis információk terjesztésének súlyosabb bűncselekménye között, az orosz média beszámolói szerint.
Pavel Csikov, emberi jogi ügyvéd elmondta, hogy a hadsereg lejáratása miatt eddig mintegy 3500 ügyet indítottak, és szinte minden érintettet bűnösnek találtak.
Ezeket kezdetben közigazgatási szabálysértésként kezelik. Aki a pénzbírságot követően is felszólal a háború ellen, az büntetőjogi felelősségre vonást kockáztat – mondta.
Az Agora Jogi Csoport, egy emberi jogi szervezet szerint augusztus elejéig több mint 85 büntetőeljárás indult hamis információk terjesztésével kapcsolatban. Az első ilyen ügyet a jogvédők szerint alig másfél héttel az invázió kezdete után már el is indították.
A leghíresebb vád alatt lévő személyek:
Jevgeny Rojzman: Oroszország negyedik legnagyobb városának, Jekatyerinburgnak volt polgármestere, aki többször is háborúnak és inváziónak nevezte Moszkva ukrajnai akcióit.
Marina Ovszjannikova: volt állami televíziós újságíró, aki élő adásban és a Kremllel szemben lévő moszkvai utcán is tiltakozott. Kétszer kapott pénzbírságot, a hónap elején emeltek vádat ellene, 10 év börtönbüntetést kért rá az ügyészség.
Ilyja Jasin: ellenzéki politikus, akit egy a hadseregről szóló YouTube-bejegyzést tett közzé, amely a Kijev melletti Bucsában zajló orosz akciókról szólt. Június óta előzetes letartóztatásban van, és akár 10 év is várhat rá, ha elítélik álhírek terjesztéséért.
Vladimir Kara-Murza: Az ellenzéki aktivistát április 11-én vették őrizetbe. Ő számolt be a világnak arról, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin elnök kazettás bombákat dobál lakóövezetekre.
