„A mai nap folyamán 393 támadást regisztráltak az orosz megszállók részéről. Az orosz agresszorok azt mondják, hogy nem lőnek civil célpontokra, hanem csak a katonai célpontokat támadják. Ezen kívül Ukrajna számos városában – Kijevben, Dnyipropetrovszkban és Mikolajivban – bevezetik vagy „már elrendelték a kijárási tilalmat”.
