A rendőrség azt jelentette, hogy ma reggel egy helyi lakostól bejelentés érkezett, miszerint késszúrásokkal teli két holttestet fedezett fel a zsmerinkai járási Sarhorodban. Később világossá vált, hogy az áldozatok a sarhorodi iskola 10. és 11. osztályos diákjai voltak.
Az elkövetőt, akinek köze lehet a tinédzserek halálához, őrizetbe vették. Egy nyomozó- és operatív csoport dolgozik a helyszínen. A tragédia minden körülményét tisztázzák.
Büntetőeljárást indítottak a büntetőtörvénykönyv 115. cikkelye alapján.

Meghalt egy 51 éves férfi rendőri őrizetbe vétel során Vinnica megyében, az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) megindította az előzetes vizsgálatot – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál a DBR sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint kedd este 7 óra körül a Vinnicai járás Pohrebiscse Perse községében két rendőr megállított egy 51 éves férfit, aki rendszám és bukósisak nélkül vezetett egy robogót. Az igazoltatás során a motoros nem volt hajlandó bemutatkozni, és megpróbált elmenekülni. A rendőrök úgy döntöttek, hogy őrizetbe veszik, de miután megbilincselték, a férfit elvesztette az eszméletét és meghalt.
A nyomozás adatai szerint a rendőrök megpróbáltak elsősegélyt nyújtani neki, és mentőt is hívtak, de a férfi még a kiérkezésük előtt meghalt. Hivatalos feltételezés szerint a halál oka szívprobléma lehetett, de a DBR hivatalos szakértői jelentésekre vár.
Az elsődleges nyomozati intézkedések jelenleg folyamatban vannak. A helyi lakosok közül több tanút már kihallgattak, és a rendőrök testkameráinak a felvételeit is letöltötték. A begyűjtött bizonyítékok értékelése és vizsgálata után meghozzák a megfelelő eljárási döntéseket.
A bűncselekmény előzetes minősítése: hatalommal vagy hivatalos hatalommal való visszaélés rendvédelmi tisztviselő által különleges eszközök alkalmazásával, kínzásra utaló jelek hiányában. A cikkely szankciója 3-tól 8 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés.

Megvertek egy férfit a Vinnica Megyei Területi Toborzási és Szociális Támogatási Központ (TCK) gyűjtőpontján, most vizsgálat indult az ügyben – számolt be szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál a Vinnica megyei TCK közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint május 15-én a Nemzeti Rendőrség munkatársai előállítottak egy vinnicai lakost a Vinnica megyei TCK-ba katonaorvosi vizsgálatra. A TCK szerint a férfi megsértette a katonai nyilvántartás szabályait, és közigazgatási szabálysértés miatt körözték.
Ezt követően a férfit a gyűjtőpontra vitték, ahonnan a kiképzőközpontba szállították. Ott incidens történt vele, amelyben Vinnica megyei TCK egyik katonája érintett, és amit videóra vettek, majd a közösségi hálózatokon közzétettek.
A TCK arról számolt be, hogy hivatalos vizsgálatot rendelt el az ügyben a hivatali hatalommal való visszaélés és testi erőszak gyanújával. „Tudomásul vesszük, hogy az előállított mozgósítottat orvosi személyzet megvizsgálta, és nem talált sérülést vagy károsodást nála” – hangsúlyozta a TCK. A központ ugyanakkor jelezte, hogy az incidensben érintett katonája a jelenlegi szolgálati helye előtt harci cselekményekben vett részt, ahol sebesülést szenvedett és légnyomást kapott.
A Vinnica megyei TCK vezetése elítéli az erőszak és a hivatali hatalommal való visszaélés minden megnyilvánulását. A TCK-knak kizárólag a törvények keretein belül és az állampolgárok jogainak tiszteletben tartásával kell működniük
– tette hozzá közleményében a TCK.

A jelentés szerint a rendőrség arról tájékoztatott, hogy péntek délelőtt az egyik temető látogatói jelentették a sír- és fejfarongálást. Megállapították, hogy az elkövető több mint 70 civil és katonasírt rongált meg. Sírköveket, kereszteket tört össze, letépte az elhunytak képeit, a zászlókat, zászlórudakat.
A rendőrök azonosították a bűncselekmény elkövetőjét. Kiderült, hogy egy 37 éves férfi volt, akit egy órán belül elfogtak egy helyi parkban. A férfi a cselekmény indítékait nem tudta megmagyarázni, állítása szerint nem emlékszik a történtekre, mivel ittas állapotban volt.

A rendőrség vasárnap elfogta a szombaton Vinnica megyében rendőrök ellen elkövetett támadás katona gyanúsítottjait, egy apát és fiát, akik életfogytiglani büntetéssel számolhatnak – jelentette be Ivan Vihivszkij, a Nemzeti Rendőrség vezetője a Facebookon, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Vihivszkij közölte: „Az operatív szolgálatok összehangolt munkájának köszönhetően sikerült beazonosítani a gyanúsítottak tartózkodási helyét – Odessza megye területén bujkáltak. Az elkövetőket a KORD különleges egység erőszak alkalmazásával vette őrizetbe.”
Az országos rendőrparancsnok szerint az elfogott személyek katonák. Egy 52 éves apáról és 26 éves fiáról van szó, mindketten Vinnica megye szülöttei – jegyezte meg. Most életfogytiglani börtönbüntetés vár rájuk – tette hozzá. „A rendőr, aki a szolgálat teljesítése közben halt meg, és a társát védte, akit először támadtak meg, érkezett rálőni a támadókra és megsebesíteni őket” – emlékeztetett Ivan Vihivszkij.

A Vinnica megyében szombatra virradó éjjel egy rendőr meggyilkoló, egy másikat megsebesítő elkövetők katonai szolgálatot teljesíthetnek, az érintettségük ellenőrzése folyamatban van – közölte szombaton az ukrán fegyveres erők szárazföldi erőinek parancsnoksága a Telegram-csatornáján.
A jelentés szerint a szárazföldi erők megerősítették, hogy a felvételen, amely valószínűleg a megölt rendőr testkamerájával készült a lövöldözés során, és amelyet az interneten terjesztenek, az egyik katonai egység harcosai láthatók.
„A szárazföldi erők parancsnoksága maximális segítséget nyújt a rendőrgyilkosság ügyének átfogó és pártatlan kinyomozásához” – áll a közleményben.
Korábban a Téli Hadjárat Lovagjai elnevezésű 28. külön gépesített dandár közleményben cáfolta, hogy jelenleg is a katonái lennének azok az elkövetők, akik szombatra virradóra egy közúti ellenőrző pontnál tüzet nyitottak két rendőrre és egyiket megölték, a másikat megsebesítették Vinnica megyében.

A jelentés szerint a szakember az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában elmondta: „A Vinnica megyei Betegségellenőrzési és Megelőzési Központtól kapott legfrissebb hivatalos adatok szerint 135 kórházi betegünk van.” Okszana Kosalko hozzátette, hogy a kórházban kezelt betegeknél 122 esetben igazolták laboratóriumilag a hepatitis A fertőzést.
Korábban mintegy 80 kórházba került fertőző májgyulladásos betegről számoltak be, akiknél megerősítették a hepatitis A diagnózisát Vinnica egyik kerületében. Az orvosok október 24-én közölték ezeket az adatokat.

Péntek reggel robbanások dördültek Vinnica és Hmelnickij megyékben a légiriadó alatt – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál Szuszpilne tévécsatornára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint helyi lakosok robbanásokról számoltak be Hmelnickijben. Vinnica megyében is robbanásokhoz hasonló hangokat észleltek.
Szerhij Tyurin, a Hmelnickij Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének első helyettese megerősítette a robbanásokat a térségben. Kijelentette, hogy a légvédelmi erők működnek, és felszólította a lakosságot, hogy maradjon az óvóhelyeken.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy 10:00 óra után nagyszabású légiriadót hirdettek Ukrajnában. Az ukrán fegyveres erők légiereje az oroszországi rakétaindítások veszélyére figyelmeztetett. Később a hadsereg arról számolt be, hogy egy MiG-31K repülőgépről Kinzsal hiperszonikus rakéták kilövését észlelték Kijev megye irányában. A fővárosban ezzel egyidejűleg robbanások dördültek. A hatóságok jelentése szerint a légvédelem működött.

Hagyományos géppuskával lőtték le Oroszország X-101-es stratégiai levegő-föld rakétáját Vinnica térségében – jelentette be Szerhij Borzov, a Vinnica Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője videoüzenetében kedden, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
Mint a katonai kormányzó elmondta, a hagyományos géppuskával lelőtt cirkáló rakéta nagyon alacsonyan repült. Ez az X-101 rakéta állítólag egy ultramodern és nagy értékű fegyver – mutatott rá. „Nos, látjuk, hogy le lehet szedni. Ezért kérek mindenkit, akinek van mivel, lője le ezeket, alacsonyan repülnek, és szinte mindig ugyanabban az időben” – tette hozzá.
Borzov azt is elmondta, hogy március 15-én reggel rakétatámadás történt Vinnica térségében. Szerinte a rakéta a mezőre zuhant, és senki nem sérült meg.
