На Черкащині до поліції надійшло повідомлення про те, що під час реанімаційних заходів померла 46-річна жінка, яка мала проникаючу рану грудної клітки.
Про це повідомили у поліції регіону.
“Жінка отримала поранення від свого співмешканця. Під час сварки 37-річний співмешканець поцілив їй у грудну клітку із пневматичної гвинтівки. Чоловіка затримали”, – йдеться у повідомленні відомства.
Зловмисникові повідомлено про підозру. Суд обрав підозрюваному запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою на 60 діб. За скоєне йому загрожує до 15 років позбавлення волі.

У Львівській області дві дитини знайшли в коморі бабусі пневматичну гвинтівку. Через випадковий постріл 4-річна дівчинка зазнала поранення в голову. Дитину шпиталізували, наразі загрози її життю немає.
Про це повідомили у Нацполіції Львівщини.
Інцидент стався 28 грудня в місті Самбір у Львівській області.
Як розповіли правоохоронці, 6-річний хлопчик та його 4-річна двоюрідна сестра були в будинку своєї бабусі, знайшли у коморі пневматичну гвинтівку та почали гратися нею. Несподівано гвинтівка вистрелила в голову дівчинці. Зараз вона госпіталізована та перебуває під наглядом лікарів — загрози життю дитини немає. Зброю — пневматичну гвинтівку іноземного виробництва калібру 4,5 мм — вилучили та скерували на експертизу.
Правоохоронці відкрили кримінальне провадження за ст. 166 Кримінального кодексу України — злісне невиконання обов’язків з догляду за дитиною. Стаття передбачає до п’яти років обмеження або позбавлення волі. Досудове розслідування триває, правоохоронці встановлюють походження зброї.

В американському штаті Мен дворічна дитина вистрілила у своїх батьків. Зброю хлопчик знайшов у будинку. Чоловіка і жінку госпіталізували, пише WGME.
„Питання про те, як хлопчик зміг підняти і вистрілити зі зброї, викликає велике занепокоєння і перебуває в стадії розслідування”, – прокоментували правоохоронці.
У поліції розповіли, що 22-річна мати хлопчика отримала травму ноги, 25-річний батько – незначну травму потилиці. Сама дитина була також поранена – в обличчя віддачею вогнепальної зброї.
Після огляду потерпілих медиками і надання їм допомоги, сім’ю відпустили додому.
Слідчі з’ясували, що пістолет лежав у вільному доступі. А в приміщенні було ще немовля.
