Уряд Франції має намір прискорити депортацію 193 радикально налаштованих ісламістів-іноземців, які не мають дійсного дозволу на проживання у Франції, заявив міністр внутрішніх справ Жеральд Дарманен після наради з питань безпеки, що відбулася в офісі президента із приводу нападу із ножем в місті Аррас.
Серед понад 20 тисяч осіб у реєстрі є 193 радикально налаштовані ісламістські іноземні громадяни, чия ситуація документально не врегульована у Франції, повідомили агентству AFP у міністерстві внутрішніх справ. Міністр доручив провести індивідуальну перевірку кожного з них.
Міністр внутрішніх справ також закликав префектів провести «ще одну ретельну перевірку» додатково в справі 2852 зареєстрованих іноземців, які перебувають у Франції на законних підставах.
Жеральд Дарманен зазначив, що 59 ісламістів, які перебувають під наглядом, є громадянами Росії, значна частина з них чеченської національності.
У реєстрі небезпечних для державної безпеки 20 120 прізвищ – у тому числі й 4 263 іноземні громадяни. Ситуація 1411 зареєстрованих іноземців є неврегульованою, але, за словами міністра, лише 489 зараз перебувають у Франції, після того як уряд видворив 922 іноземців через їхні радикальні переконання після хвилі нападів ісламістів у 2015 році.
«Сьогодні Управління внутрішніх справ затримало двох осіб, одну – на сході Франції, іншу – на південного заході», – повідомив міністр.
«Я дав доручення системно перевіряти посвідки на проживання всіх, хто перебуває в країні на законних підставах», – зазначив він.
Щодо повідомлень про антисемітський контент, поширений в Інтернеті, судові органи розпочали розслідування 237 випадків.

За даними правоохоронців, вбивства у двох селах поблизу кордону з Чадом скоїли бойовики місцевого осередку терористичної організації «Ісламська держава» (ISWAP). В одному населеному пункті екстремісти вбили 18 пастухів, які випасали худобу, а в іншому – ще семеро людей.
