Негода почалася ще у четвер 21 листопада. За останню добу служби цивільного захисту здійснили близько 1200 виїздів.

Через обрив ліній електропередачі залишаються без світла близько 200 тисяч споживачів, на усунення проблем може знадобитися більше доби.
На автошляху A36 на сході країни рано-вранці рух практично зупинився, там застрягли до 5 тисяч фур – деякі забуксували, а деяким рішеннями місцевих префектур заборонили рухатися далі, щоб запобігти ще більшим проблемам на дорозі. Вдень велетенський затор почав поступово роз’їжджатися.
Пізно ввечері у четвер на автошляху A6B сталась велика аварія за участі рейсового автобуса з 37 пасажирами, що їхав до Бреста, чотирьох машин і мотоцикліста. Автобус внаслідок ДТП перекинувся, п’ять постраждалих госпіталізовані у критичному стані.
Через падіння дерев на колії численні проблеми на залізниці у Нормандії, Пеї-де-ля-Луар, Новій Аквітанії та столичному регіоні Іль-де-Франс.
На заході країни евакуювали 200 пасажирів одного з експресів, який не зміг продовжувати рух за маршрутом через снігові замети і численні гілки на коліях. Ще багато поїздів прибули з кількагодинними затримками.

У штаті Кентуккі зафіксували п’ять смертей, пов’язаних із негодою, а в Орегоні троє людей постраждали від ураження електричним струмом, коли під час ожеледиці в середу на їхню припарковану машину впала лінія електропередач під напругою.

Сильні снігопади в суботу спричинили значні перебої в русі транспорту на більшій частині території Австрії, не лише в найзахідніших провінціях Форарльберг і Тіроль, але й у Верхній і Нижній Австрії. У Тіролі також був порушений графік залізничного сполучення та виникли проблеми з електропостачанням.
За даними автомобільного клубу ÖAMTC, вранці в суботу на кількох головних дорогах було важко проїхати, кілька разів виникали затори і аварії. Автомобілі, що застрягли на автомагістралях, ускладнювали роботи з розчищення снігу.

Швейцарська метеорологічна служба SRF Meteo повідомила в суботу вранці, що за ніч у Цюріх-Клотені випало 15 сантиметрів свіжого снігу.

Через вітер швидкістю понад 100 кілометрів на годину метеорологічна служба оголосила третій рівень небезпеки (червоний) у повітах Констанца й Тулча, розташованих на узбережжі Чорного моря, а також у сусідніх повітах Галац і Браїла. За даними Служби автомобільних доріг, у зв’язку з поганою видимістю та сніговими заторами в регіоні було перекрито 36 основних шляхів.
Крім того, через вітер закрили всі чорноморські та річкові порти Румунії. Негода вплинула й на залізничне сполучення. Зокрема потяг із Констанци до Бухареста прибув із тригодинним запізненням. У багатьох місцях вітер повалив дерева на автомобілі та дороги. У неділю на сході Румунії без світла через обрив ліній електромережі залишилося понад чверть мільйона домогосподарств.
Хуртовини та вітер швидкістю 85 кілометрів на годину були і в Південних Карпатах, у горах діє другий (помаранчевий) рівень небезпеки. У суботу ввечері гірські рятувальники спустили з хребта Парінг групу з 50 осіб, які застрягли в снігу. Ці туристи не скасували запланований похід, незважаючи на попередження про погіршення погодних умов.
Водночас в аеропорту Бухареста, де діє перший (жовтий) рівень небезпеки, рух залишається безперебійним.
