У столиці Афганістану, Кабулі, унаслідок підриву, здійсненого терористичною організацією«Ісламська держава», був убитий Халіл Хаккані, міністр у справах біженців в адміністрації талібів, які правлять країною, заявив речник уряду «Талібану».
Згідно з повідомленням міністерства внутрішніх справ, вибух стався в будівлі міністерства і спричинив смерть ще двох людей, крім Хаккані. Племінник міністра Анас Хаккані повідомив агентству Reuters про сімох загиблих.
«Ми втратили надзвичайно відважного моджахеда. Ми ніколи не забудемо його й ту жертву, яку він приніс заради нас», – зазначив Анас Хаккані, використовуючи для характеристики міністра слово, що означає «священний воїн».
З 2021 року, коли до влади в Афганістані прийшли таліби, Халіл Хаккані став політиком найвищого рангу. В уряді «Талібану» з самого початку він був представником сім’ї Хаккані та організованої навколо неї однойменної мережі, яка перебувала в союзі з талібами. Мережа керує фінансами та військовими активами «Талібану». Її представники воювали в 1980-х роках проти радянських військ, аз 2001-го проти очолюваних Сполученими Штатами сил НАТО та афганського уряду, здійснюючи напади по всій країні та в Пакистані.

Зазначається, що 28 засуджених у Німеччині злочинців на борту Боїнга-787 було доставлено до Лейпцигу з різних федеральних земель.
„Сьогодні рано вранці о 6:55 чартерний літак Qatar Airways вилетів з аеропорту Лейпциг/Галле у бік Кабула,” – пише німецьке видання.
Повідомляється, що кожен депортований отримав на руки 1000 євро. На борту також є лікар.
Сьогодні вранці Німеччина повернула афганських громадян у країну їхнього походження вперше з серпня 2021 року. Це громадяни Афганістану, всі вони були засудженими злочинцями, які не мали права залишатися в Німеччині і підлягають висилці,- цитує видання офіційного представника уряду Німеччини Штеффене Хебештрайта.
Як стверджує видання Der Spiegel, операцію з депортації було в основному організовано МВС Німеччини. Депортації передували місяці таємних переговорів. Згідно з повідомленням, уряд Німеччини не провадив переговори безпосередньо з владою в Кабулі, посередником виступив Катар. Попри політичну волю уряду депортувати афганських злочинців, у МЗС ФРН спостерігався опір будь-яким прямим переговорам із радикальними ісламістами з „Талібану”.

На сході Афганістану під час перетину річки потонув човен, загинуло щонайменше 20 людей, у тому числі діти, повідомила місцева влада.
Трагедія сталася близько 7-ї ранку в Басавулі, провінція Нангархар. Човен, на якому перебувало щонайменше 25 людей, перекинувся.
Відомо про п’ятьох осіб, яким вдалося вижити. Наразі в річці знайшли тіла чоловіка, жінки, двох хлопців і дівчинки. Пошуки тривають.

За словами Саека, майже в половині з 34 провінцій Афганістану, включаючи Кабул, від п’ятниці йшли сильні дощі або снігопади, які спровокували раптові повені в деяких частинах країни, що призвело до людських втрат і матеріальних збитків.
«Через зливи, снігопади та повені в кількох провінціях… 33 особи загинули і ще 27 зазнали поранень», – сказав Саек.
