A megszállt Krím úgynevezett „vezetője”, Szergej Akszjonov lényegében megerősítette a Védelmi Erők az ideiglenesen annektált félsziget elleni műveletének sikerét – kijelentette, hogy az előző napi áramszünet után szükségállapotot vezetnek be. Elmondása szerint ezt a rezsimet párhuzamosan Szevasztopolban is bevezetik.
„Ezt a rezsimet a pénzügyi, hitel-, szerződéses és egyéb kapcsolatok korszerűsítése érdekében vezetik be” – hazudott Akszjonov. – A veszteségek (az ukrán fegyveres erők legutóbbi tömeges támadásaiból eredő – ZN.ua) leküzdéséhez ezt a pozíciót egyszerűsíteni kell”.
Eközben Mihail Razvozsajev, Szevasztopol gauleiterje megjegyezte, hogy továbbra is nehéz a helyzet mind a Krím, mind Szevasztopol energiaellátásával kapcsolatban. Hozzátette, hogy a szükségállapot addig tart, „amíg a dolgok nem javulnak”.
A szükségállapot bevezetése gyakorlatilag „szabad kezet” biztosít az úgynevezett megszálló hatóságoknak. Ez a döntés lehetővé teszi számukra, hogy manuálisan kezeljék az erőforrásokat és a pénzügyeket, és korlátozzák a polgárok és vállalkozások jogait, például a forgalom ellenőrzését vagy az egyes vállalatok munkájának felfüggesztését. Június 24-én éjjel ukrán drónok tömeges támadást indítottak a jelenleg orosz fennhatóság alatt álló Krím félsziget ellen. Mikhail Razvozhajev, Szevasztopol kormányzója elmondta, a támadások jelentős energetikai károkat okoztak az infrastruktúrában, a város teljesen áram nélkül maradt – közölte az ukrán Focus.
A Portfolio tájékoztatása szerint támadás ért egy Bahcsiszeráj melletti raktárt is, amely az orosz Fekete-tengeri flottához tartozott, és főként üzemanyag, élelmiszer és különböző alkatrészek tárolására használták.
Az elmúlt napokban dróntámadás érte Szimferopolt, Kercset és Rosdolnye térségét is, ahol egy falu melletti vasúti híd leomlott.
A tájékoztató szerint az akcióban az ukrán különleges erők, az ukrán drónerők és a krími ukrán ellenállás vett részt.

Csapást mértek az ukrán erők az orosz fekete-tengeri flotta Sztrileckij nevű hadihajóforgalom-irányító pontjára a megszállt krími Szevasztopolban – közölte az ukrán vezérkar szerdán a Facebookon.
A közlés szerint az ukrán egységek az orosz erők több más fontos létesítményére is csapást mértek az éjjel: drónirányító pontokra az oroszországi kurszki területen, Molnyija típusú csapásmérő drónok irányító pontjára a kelet-ukrajnai Harkiv megyében, parancsnoki és megfigyelő pontokra a donyecki régióban, valamint több katonai célpontra az oroszországi Belgorod térségében.
Az Ukrinform állami hírügynökség beszámolója szerint a közösségi médiában is terjednek hírek arról, hogy robbanások voltak Szevasztopol területén.
Információk érkeztek két becsapódásról a Fiolent-fok környékén, ahol egy orosz légvédelmi rakétaezred állomásozik, valamint a Monasztirszke úton, ahol a Fekete-tengeri flotta rádióelektronikai felderítő egysége működik.
Oleh Szinyehubov, Harkiv megye kormányzója közölte, hogy az elmúlt napon a megyeszékhely, Harkiv városát és a régió további 22 települését érte orosz támadás, egy ember meghalt, húsz megsebesült.
Az északkeleti Szumi megye egyik kistérségét orosz dróncsapás érte az éjjel, amely egy ember halálát okozta – írta Oleh Hrihorov, a régió kormányzója a Telegramon.
Hozzátette, hogy a masszív támadásban az orosz drónok lakóépületeket találtak el, a becsapódások helyszínein tüzek keletkeztek. Az egyik házban egy elhunyt férfi holttestét találták meg, az áldozat személyazonosságát még vizsgálják. A déli Herszon város vezetése közölte, hogy orosz dróntámadás következtében három civil megsebesült.
A Donyeck megyei rendőrség közlése szerint az elmúlt 24 órában az orosz csapatok 1048-szor ágyúzták a régió front menti lakott területeit, kilenc ember sebesült meg, 44 épület, köztük 28 lakóház rongálódott meg.

Az ukrán erők csütörtökön csapást mértek a Sztavropoli területen található Nevinnomisszk Azot üzemre, amely Oroszország egyik legnagyobb vegyi üzeme – jelentette be közösségi oldalán az ukrán vezérkar.
A támadás következtében az Unian beszámolója szerint kigyulladt az üzem, amiről több felvétel is kering a közösségi médiában.
A vezérkar beszámolója szerint az oroszok a létesítményben évente több mint 1 millió tonna ammóniát és körülbelül 1,4 millió tonna ammónium-nitrátot állítanak elő robbanóanyagok és lőszerek gyártásához. Az ukrán támadás célja Oroszország rakétakészletének csökkentése volt.

Egy orosz Szu-35-ös vadászgép zuhant a tengerbe Szevasztopol kikötője előtt – írta a Sky News.
Egy orosz katonai repülőgép tengerbe zuhanásáról számolt be a krími Szevasztopol kikötője előtt a terület oroszok által kinevezett vezetője. A gép pilótája sikeresen katapultált és a mentőszolgálatok biztonságba helyezték. Az esemény során polgári létesítmények nem szenvedtek kárt.
Az incidensről először orosz Telegram csatornák adtak hírt, amelyek szerint egy Szu-35-ös típusú orosz vadászgép zuhant le Szevasztopol közelében. Bár az orosz hatóságok szerint a baleset oka egyelőre tisztázatlan, az esetről megjelent egy videó, amelyen jól látható, hogy a lángoló gép sebességét elveszítve kőként zuhan le.
Az orosz milbloggerek arra gyanakodnak, hogy ismét az orosz légvédelem barát-ellenség azonosító rendszere sült fel és lőtte le az ország legnépszerűbb vadászgéptípusát.
