Районний суд угорського Веспрема санкціонував арешт 29- і 39-річного українців, які наприкінці липня пограбували чоловіка, що спав на громадській лавці в центрі Веспрема.
Згідно із заявою, розміщеною на сайті Веспремського суду, двоє українців, які мають дійсні дозволи на проживання в Угорщині, пізно ввечері 21 липня пограбували чоловіка, що лежав на громадській лавці.
Зловмисники обшукали одяг сплячого й помітили газовий пістолет. Коли вони намагалися витягти його із штанів потерпілого, той прокинувся і спробував сісти. Тоді один із підозрюваний схопив чоловіка за руки і, використовуючи рукоятку відібраної в нього зброї, двічі з великою силою вдарив його по голові.
Перед тим як забрати пістолет, українці вкрали у ще сплячої жертви ланцюжок, документи, що посвідчують особу, мобільний телефон, газовий балончик та банківську картку. Після нападу зловмисники втекли, додали у відомстві. Згідно з інформацією, потерпілий зазнав тілесних ушкоджень, які за 8 днів загоїлися.
Суд визнав обґрунтованим арешт підозрюваних з огляду на ризик утечі, переховування та повторного вчинення злочину. Це рішення є остаточним для обох чоловіків, ідеться в повідомленні.

З-поміж жертв унаслідок атаки біля синагоги у Єрусалимі ввечері 27 січня є громадянка України.
Про це повідомило посольство України в Ізраїлі.
«Посольство … глибоко стурбоване та вражене жахливими нападами в Єрусалимі. Терор і насильство проти мирного населення, проти дітей, неприпустимі. Із сумом повідомляємо, що серед невинних жертв є громадянка України», — йдеться у повідомленні.
Представники посольства висловили співчуття родинам загиблих: «Молимося за повне одужання поранених».
Президент Володимир Зеленський також висловив співчуття постраждалим у Єрусалимі.

У польському місті Познань 35-річний громадянин України посеред дороги напав на жінку, а потім вкрав її автомобіль. Про це пише Wydarzenia w INTERIA.PL.
Подія сталась вночі, коли жінка зупинилась перед переходом, аби пропустити чоловіка. Однак той застрибнув до неї в машину, вкусив її за вухо та вкрав авто.
«Чоловік був дуже збуджений і агресивний. Жінка їхала на Citroen і зупинилася перед пішоходним переходом, щоб пропустити його, тоді чоловік увірвався до її автомобіля, почав погрожувати, відкусив шматок її вуха та викрав транспортний засіб,» – зазначили в поліції Познані.
На вкраденому авто чоловік проїхав кілька вулиць. Під час цього він зачепив дорожній знак, згодом вийшов з автомобіля і почав втікати. Але забігти невідомому далеко не вдалось, адже його швидко затримали представники правоохоронних органів.
Постраждалу жінку було доправлено до лікарні, де їй медики оперативно надали допомогу.
Цей чоловік пошкодив щонайменше 5 машин.

Аварія сталася увечері 26 листопада в районі латвійського міста Айнажі, поруч з естонським кордоном, на трасі Via Baltica.
На території Латвії сталася ДТП, внаслідок якої постраждали українські військовослужбовці. Як повідомляє прес-служба Сил оборони Естонії, автобус, який перевозив людей на замовлення естонського військового відомства, зіткнувся з вантажівкою на території Латвії. Автобус прямував з Польщі до Естонії, передає УНІАН.
„Внаслідок аварії постраждав один естонський військовослужбовець Сил оборони, який був доставлений до лікарні для обстеження. Решта пасажирів, які постраждали в аварії, є військовослужбовцями Збройних сил України, яких також доставлено до лікарні”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Аварія сталася увечері 26 листопада в районі латвійського міста Айнажі, поруч з естонським кордоном, на трасі Via Baltica.
В результаті ДТП водій автобуса загинув, ще 26 людей отримали травми різного ступеня, троє з них у важкому стані.
Скільки саме українських військових постраждало, не повідомляється, але за інформацією естонських ЗМІ більшість пасажирів були українці.
На цій же трасі в суботу сталося кілька дорожньо-транспортних пригод через сніг та ожеледь.

У Польщі дорожньо-транспортна пригода забрала життя 29-річного громадянина України. Він помер після того, як його доставили в лікарню.

Інцидент стався біля населеного пункту Страмниця на північному заході Польщі вранці 8 січня. Українець, який їхав на автомобілі Daewoo Matiz, з невідомої причини виїхав на зустрічну смугу і зіткнувся з іншим автомобілем. У ДТП постраждав також 60-річний поляк, який керував другим автомобілем.
Медикам і рятувальникам вдалося первинно реанімувати українця, проте після перевезення в лікарню його стан різко погіршився і він помер.

Посольство України в столиці Казахстану Нур-Султані перейшло на цілодобовий режим роботи. Дипломатична служба за дорученням міністра закордонних справ Дмитра Кулеби має зосередитися на захисті інтересів українських громадян.
Про це повідомив речник МЗС Олег Ніколенко, пише LB.ua.
У разі загрози життю чи безпеці українці можуть звернутися за допомогою за номером телефону: +7 705 755 66 10 або на електронну пошту: emb_kz@mfa.gov.ua.
„Ситуація ускладнюється введенням надзвичайного стану в Казахстані, нестабільною роботою мобільного зв’язку та Інтернету. Частково обмежено рух регіонального пасажирського транспорту, суттєво затримуються або скасовуються міжнародні авіарейси”, – зазначили в МЗС.
Вчора ввечері група українських громадян не змогла вилетіти рейсом Алмати-Київ через призупинення роботи аеропорту. Українські дипломати допомогли їм із пошуком місць для ночівлі. Нині посольство з‘ясовує із адміністрацією аеропорту та авіакомпанією можливість здійснення зазначеного рейсу, підтримує зв‘язок із пасажирами.
За інформацією МЗС, аеропорт Нур-Султана працює в штатному режимі. Сьогодні планується рейс до Києва.
„Очікуємо від казахстанської влади неухильного забезпечення безпеки громадян України, надання їм повного сприяння, зокрема і тим українцям, які воліють залишити територію Казахстану”, – додали в зовнішньополітичному відомстві.
Українців у Казахстані закликали уникати місць масових заходів, насамперед у великих містах, виявляти підвищену пильність і обережність, а також зареєструватися в електронній системі ДРУГ, щоб дипломати могли вчасно надати допомогу.
Нагадаємо, в Казахстані з 2 січня тривають масові протести. 5 січня мітингарі захоплювали адміністративні будівлі, зокрема місцеві адміністрації. Також захопили алматинський аеропорт.

За даними правоохоронців, розслідування було розпочате у 2017 році, оскільки надійшла інформація про те, що кілька працівників одного з паспортних офісів у Будапешті видали невідомим особам підроблені документи.
Згідно з даними слідства, 19 квітня 2016 року 46-річний українець зайшов до урядової установи II району столиці й подав заявку на отримання закордонного паспорта, використовуючи свої документи про набуття угорського громадянства, тому до реєстру були внесені неправдиві дані. Причетного до злочину службовця слідчі допитали як підозрюваного та притягнули до кримінальної відповідальності.
На той момент особисті дані українця ще не були відомі, але на підставі тих, які він використав для подання заяви, проти нього видали національні, європейські та міжнародні ордери на арешт. Чоловік в’їхав до США 19 червня 2016 року, однак на той момент його справжню особу встановити ще не вдалося. Урешті-решт на основі фотографії правоохоронці таки змогли ідентифікували особу зловмисника. Заарештувала чоловіка польська поліція, яка й передала його слідчим Головного управління поліції Будапешта.
46-річного українця допитали слідчі Управління по боротьбі з економічними злочинами БРФК за обґрунтованою підозрою в підробці офіційних документів. Арешт правопорушника вже призначено судом.

Як передає Укрінформ, про це повідомляє Insider.
У позові стверджується, що Солонченко порушив умови використання платформи компанії, які забороняють її користувачам будь-які незаконні маніпуляції з переданими їй даними, отримання даних за допомогою автоматичних засобів, а також регламентує, що будь-які дані платформи можуть бути передані третій стороні (каталогу) виключно за згодою компанії.
За даними Facebook, у 2018-2019 рр. Солонченко під псевдонімом Solomame отримав доступ до ідентифікаційних даних акаунтів і телефонних номерів 178 млн користувачів соцмережі.
У компанії вважають, що це стало можливим завдяки спеціальній програмі, яка автоматично відправляла користувачам запити через додаток Messenger.
Адвокати Facebook представили докази, згідно з якими хакер продавав дані з інших компаній на Raid Forums, веб-сайті, де користувачі купують і продають масиви інформації.
Адвокати уточнили, що Facebook має намір вимагати розгляду позову судом присяжних. А також введення відносно Солонченка судових заборон на використання продуктів соцмережі і продаж будь-яких даних. Також компанія має намір вимагати відшкодування збитків.
