Ковельська окружна прокуратура здійснює процесуальне керівництво досудовим розслідуванням у кримінальному провадженні за фактом порушення правил безпеки руху або експлуатації залізничного транспорту (ч.1 ст. 276 КК України), в результаті якого зійшов із райок поїзд «Київ-Варшава».
Поїзд, який рухався в напрямку Республіки Польща, зазнав аварії уночі 19 лютого 2023 року у районі залізничного мосту через річку Турія.
У результаті того, що сталося, ніхто не постраждав.
Наразі з’ясовуються причини та обставини аварії.

За перші 10 днів курсування потягу через українсько-румунський кордон, прикордонники вже оформили 377 осіб, з них на в’їзд в Україну 186 подорожуючих та на виїзд з України – 191.
Здебільшого пасажирами «Мармароського Експресу» ставали громадяни України та Румунії. З поміж інших, новим маршрутом скористалися й громадяни Японії та Франції.
Прикордонниками також було виявлено одного правопорушника, який намагався незаконно виїхати до Румунії.
Нагадаємо, що вказаний потяг курсує за наступним графіком: відправляється щоденно о 6:10 та 14:10 і прибуває до Валі-Вішеулуй відповідно о 7:45 та 15:45. У зворотному напрямку потяги відправляються об 11:45 та 18:15 і прибувають до Рахова відповідно о 12:20 та 18:50.

У п’ятницю вранці на станції Фюрніц у Каринтії (Австрія) сталося зіткнення двох вантажних поїздів. Через витік небезпечного вантажу виникла пожежа. За попередніми даними, отримали поранення дві людини.
Після зіткнення за участю двох товарних поїздів на станції Фюрніц (район Філлах-Ланд) у п’ятницю вранці спалахнула пожежа.
«Кілька вагонів спалахнули, оскільки одна цистерна була завантажена гасом, який виплив», — розповіла Розанна Зернатто-Пешель із ÖBB. Ґрунт навколо місця події тепер перевіряють фахівці. Локомотив, що зійшов з рейок, проїхав всього за кілька метрів від багатоквартирного будинку. Двох машиністів поїзда було доставлено до лікарні з легкими травмами, йдеться в початковому звіті ÖBB. На щастя, ніхто більше не постраждав.
За даними ÖBB, аварія сталася о 4:23 ранку. Місцеві та міжміські поїзди ÖBB перенаправляються, при цьому станції Fürnitz та Neuhaus/Gail не обслуговуються. Було створено службу заміни рейок для міської залізниці та регіональних поїздів. Поки що зрозуміло, як довго триватиме відновлення шляхів.
Близько 7.30 пожежу вдалося локалізувати, але роботи з гасіння ще тривали. Інформації про причину аварії не надходило. “Всупереч деяким заявам і повідомленням, поки неясно, як сталася аварія, і в даний час вона все ще є предметом розслідування”, – заявила Розанна Зернатто-Пешелью

В ніч на 23 жовтня у Львівському районі сталося зіткнення швидкісного пасажирського поїзда із автомобілем. Рятувальники деблокували двох постраждалих у важкому стані та двох загиблих людей.
Про це повідомляє ГУ ДСНС у Львівській області на сторінці в Фейсбуці.
«23 жовтня о 00:22 до Служби порятунку «101» надійшло повідомлення про те, що в с. Оброшине Львівського району на перегоні Оброшине-Глинна відбулось зіткнення швидкісного пасажирського поїзда з автомобілем «ВМW». До місця виклику виїхали рятувальники 25-ої державної пожежно-рятувальної частини м. Пустомити та 4-ої державної пожежно-рятувальної частини м. Львова. На момент прибуття рятувальників до місця події з’ясувалось, що в автомобілі знаходяться затиснуті люди», – йдеться у повідомленні.
Як зазначається, за допомогою спецобладнання рятувальники вивільнили травмованих водія і пасажира та передали медикам. Медики госпіталізували потерпілих в важкому стані у реанімаційне відділення 8-ої міської клінічної лікарні м. Львова. Також рятувальники за допомогою гідравлічного інструменту деблокували із автівки двох загиблих, розповіли в ДСНС.
До ліквідації наслідків ДТП залучили шість чоловік особового складу та дві одиниці спецтехніки. Причини та обставини аварії наразі з’ясовують правоохоронні органи.

Потяг, що належить державній залізниці Ісламської Республіки, перевозив близько 350 осіб з Табасу, приблизно за 550 км на південний схід від Тегерана, до міста Йезд. Він потрапив у екскаватор, коли потяг рухався підземним залізничним переходом у сільській місцевості.
„Пасажири підстрибували в вагоні, як м’ячики в повітрі”, – сказав іранському державному телебаченню один неназваний пасажир.
Рятувальні бригади з машинами швидкої допомоги та вертольотами прибули до віддаленого району. За словами офіційних осіб, понад десяток людей отримали тяжкі травми, деякі з них були госпіталізовані.
У повідомленні йдеться, що за фактом аварії ведеться розслідування.

У місті Дубно Рівненської області на залізничному переїзді пасажирський потяг зіткнувся з вантажівкою. Внаслідок ДТП постраждав машиніст потягу.
„О 01:58 від надійшло повідомлення, що в м. Дубно по вул. Мостова на регульованому залізнично-дорожньому переїзді трапилася ДТП за участю пасажирського потяга сполученням „Київ-Івано-Франківськ” та вантажного автомобіля SCANIA”, – ідеться в повідомленні.
Як інформують у відомстві, постраждав машиніст потягу. Його деблокували за допомогою спецінструмента рятувальники. Медики вкололи йому знеболювальне, а рятувальники у зафіксованому положенні на ношах приблизно 500 метрів несли чоловіка до карети швидкої медичної допомоги. Наразі потерпілий перебуває в лікарні, його стан оцінюють медики.
Також внаслідок ДТП пошкоджено локомотив потяга та причіп вантажівки. Потерпілих серед пасажирів потяга немає.
Усі обставини ДТП встановлюють працівники поліції. До надання допомоги було залучено дві одиниці спецтехніки ДСНС та 10 рятувальників.
