В результаті оперативних заходів викрито організатора каналу збуту. Ним виявився місцевий кримінальник, який відбуває покарання у виправній установі за незаконний збут зброї.
Як встановило розслідування, до арешту зловмисник заховав арсенал засобів ураження поблизу місцевого кар’єру.
Перебуваючи за ґратами, він намагався продати приховане озброєння через власні зв’язки «на волі».
Під час комплексних заходів з тайнику, вилучено:
– велику партію тротилу і пластиду з електродетонаторами;
– 7 бойових гранат;
– майже 600 набоїв до стрілецької зброї.
Фігуранту повідомлено про підозру за ч. 1 ст. 263 (незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України.
Вилучені засоби ураження направлено на експертизу.
Триває розслідування для встановлення джерел надходження зброї та притягнення до відповідальності всіх осіб, причетних до цього злочину.
Заходи з викриття злочину здійснювали співробітники СБУ в Закарпатській області спільно з оперативниками кримінальної поліції та слідчими Ужгородського РУП ГУ НП в Закарпатській області за процесуального керівництва Ужгородської окружної прокуратури.

30 січня, близько 22-ї години, патрулюючи Мукачевом, поліцейські зупинили водія, який, рухаючись на авто Skoda, порушив ПДР.
Під час спілкування керманич підозріло себе поводив, що дало підставу патрульним здійснити поверхневу перевірку.
У багажному відділі автомобіля охоронці порядку виявили 5 ножів різної довжини та товщини, зовні схожі на холодну зброю.
На місце події одразу викликали слідчо-оперативну групу для з’ясування усіх обставин справи, адже в діях чоловіка вбачаються ознаки кримінального правопорушення за ст. 263 (Незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) ККУ.

За оперативною інформацією співробітників кримінальної поліції Хустського райуправління поліції в помешканні жителя села Березово було проведено санкціонований судом обшук.
У фігуранта злочину слідчі та оперативники виявили цілий схрон зброї та боєприпасів. Зокрема йдеться про майже 800 набоїв різного калібру, більшість з яких саме до автоматичної зброї; ємність з порохом; різні частини до вогнепальної зброї та власне саму зброю.
Всі речові докази вилучено, їх досліджуватимуть експерти.
Відомо, що зловмисник підпільно промишляв ремонтом нелегальної зброї. Наразі поліція встановлює його зв’язки з кримінальними елементами та походження вилучених предметів.
Слідчі відкрили за даним фактом кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 263 Кримінального кодексу України, йдеться про незаконне поводження зі зброєю та бойовими припасами.
Оперативні заходи, спрямовані на недопущення поширення зброї у регіоні, продовжуються.

Військово-морські сили США 11 січня захопили судно біля берегів Сомалі, яке постачало іранську зброю для хуситів в Ємені. Це перша конфіскація компонентів для балістичних та крилатих ракет іранського виробництва з початку атак хуситів на судна у Червоному морі 19 листопада. Судно затопили. Наразі шукають двох американських військовослужбовців, які брали участь в операції.
Про це йдеться у сьогоднішній заяві Центрального командування Збройних сил США.
«Морські котики ВМС США, що діяли з есмінця ВМС США Lewis B Puller (Esb 3) за підтримки гелікоптерів і безпілотних літальних апаратів, здійснили складну висадку на судно поблизу узбережжя Сомалі в міжнародних водах Аравійського моря, вилучивши компоненти балістичних і крилатих ракет іранського виробництва», – зазначено в дописі.
Повідомляється, що серед вилученого – двигуни, системи наведення і боєголовки для балістичних ракет середньої дальності і протикорабельних крилатих ракет, а також компоненти, пов’язані з протиповітряною обороною. Початковий аналіз вказує на те, що ця ж зброя використовується хуситами для погроз і нападів на моряків на міжнародних торгових суднах, що прямують транзитом через Червоне море.
«Це перше вилучення летальних сучасних звичайних озброєнь, поставлених Іраном хуситам, з часу початку нападів хуситів на торговельні судна в листопаді 2023 року. Це також перша конфіскація ВМС США передових компонентів балістичних ракет і крилатих ракет іранського виробництва, здійсненою з листопада 2019 року», – йдеться у повідомленні.
Зазначається, що пряме чи опосередковане постачання, продаж або передача зброї хуситам в Ємені порушує Резолюцію Ради Безпеки ООН 2216 і міжнародне право.
Двоє «морських котиків» ВМС США, які брали безпосередню участь у цій операції, зникли в морі.
«Ми проводимо вичерпні пошуки наших зниклих товаришів по команді», – заявив командувач Центрального командування Збройних сил США генерал Майкл Ерік Курілла.
Сили ВМС США визнали судно небезпечним і затопили його. Доля 14 членів екіпажу плавзасобу визначається відповідно до міжнародного права.
«Очевидно, що Іран продовжує постачати сучасну летальну допомогу хуситам. Це ще один приклад того, як Іран активно сіє нестабільність в усьому регіоні, що є прямим порушенням Резолюції Ради Безпеки ООН 2216 і міжнародного права. Ми продовжимо працювати з регіональними і міжнародними партнерами, щоб викрити і припинити ці зусилля, і в кінцевому підсумку відновити свободу судноплавства», – сказав генерал Майкл Ерік Курілла

Європейський Союз проводить перевірку того, скільки озброєння країни-члени блоку надали Україні після початку повномасштабної війни. Це стало відповіддю на заяви про те, що деякі столиці могли не виконати своїх зобов’язань щодо поставок.
Про це повідомляє Financial Times із посиланням на джерела.
Аудит цього озброєння проводить Європейська служба зовнішніх зв’язків. Результати перевірки будуть надані країнам-членам ЄС перед самітом лідерів 1 лютого.
За словами одного з дипломатів, аудит спиратиметься на матеріали, подані державами-членами у відповідь на запити ЄСВЗ. Але вимога розкрити інформацію «вже зустріла опір з боку деяких країн, які не бажають надавати повних даних».
Рішення про проведення перевірки було прийнято за вимогою канцлера Німеччини Олафа Шольца підрахувати та порівняти військові поставки країн в Україну. «Поставки зброї для України, заплановані на даний момент більшістю країн-членів ЄС, надто малі. Нам потрібен огляд того, який конкретний внесок зроблять наші європейські партнери на підтримку України цього року», – заявив він минулого тижня.
Його коментарі перегукувались із приватними зауваженнями офіційних осіб інших країн ЄС щодо масштабів військових постачань, обіцяних іншими державами-членами.

Національна поліція за 2023 рік вилучила понад 5000 одиниць вогнепальної зброї та 1,8 мільйона боєприпасів і набоїв.
Про це повідомили в Міністерстві внутрішніх справ.
Зазначається, що, зокрема, було вилучено 1567 автоматів; 997 пістолетів і револьверів; 921 гранатомет; 1683 одиниці переробленої зброї тощо.
Правоохоронці зареєстрували 4 840 фактів незаконного поводження зі зброєю, боєприпасами та вибухівкою та 695 фактів збуту зброї.
Крім того, поліція спільно з СБУ вживає заходів щодо запобігання диверсіям. Серед резонансних спецоперацій – затримання диверсанта, який підірвав дві АЗС та залізничні колії в Харківській області. А також, знешкодження схованок з озброєнням для криміналітету.

СБУ виявила у Закарпатській області прихований арсенал з бойовими засобами ураження, облаштований керівником місцевої громадської організації, який днями інсценував замах на своє вбивство.
Співробітники спецслужби провели обшуки за місцем проживання та в транспортних засобах фігуранта.
В одному з автомобілів виявлено схованку з військовими засобами ураження, а саме автомат Калашникова з глушником, кулемет, понад 200 набоїв різного калібру, гранати, запали до них, магазини до пістолета, приціл до ручного протитанкового гранатомета та глушник.
В іншому автомобілі правоохоронці вилучили пістолет Макарова та штик-ніж, а в квартирі зловмисника – гвинтівку з підствольним гранатометом, клинок і мачете.
За наявними даними, крім нелегального зберігання зброї, фігурант ймовірно причетний до розкрадання волонтерських коштів, які він збирав нібито для потреб ЗСУ.
Розглядається версія, що він інсценував замах на себе та пограбування власного офісу, щоб приховати «сліди» злочину.
Вилучені засоби ураження направлено на експертизу.
Правоохоронці затримали фігуранта в порядку статті 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. Йому оголошено про підозру за ч. 1 ст. 263 (незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України.
Тривають слідчі дії для встановлення всіх обставин протиправної діяльності і притягнення до відповідальності осіб, причетних до неї.
Встановлюються джерела надходження засобів ураження.
Слідчо-оперативні дії проводили співробітники СБУ в Закарпатській області спільно з ГУ Національної поліції в Закарпатській області.

У Луцьку 17-річний хлопець під час конфлікту зі знайомим здійснив кілька пострілів у землю зі зброї.
Про це повідомляє патрульна поліція України.
“Учора, близько 21-ї години, Луцькі патрульні отримали повідомлення про те, що на бульварі Дружби Народів хлопець здійснив кілька пострілів зі зброї”, — йдеться в повідомленні.
На місце події одразу відправили кілька екіпажів патрульних.
Поліцейські встановили, що у чоловіка, який їх і викликав, виник конфлікт із „наглядно знайомим”. Опонент дістав із верхнього одягу предмет схожий на пістолет та здійснив кілька пострілів у землю, після чого втік з місця конфлікту.
Правоохоронці встановили особу хлопця, який погрожував вогнепальною зброєю. Ним виявився 17-річний місцевий житель.
“Патрульні відправилися на обстеження прилеглої території та невдовзі виявили молодого хлопця, який підходив за описом, але вже змінив одяг. Він розповів патрульним подробиці ситуації, яка відбулася та де залишив пістолет. Тож інспектори відшукали зброю та викликали слідчо-оперативну групу для надання кваліфікації діям хлопця”, — інформує поліція.
