Нагадаємо, 10 січня в порту Санкт-Петербурга знайшли тонну кокаїну з Нікарагуа. За 2023 рік у Санкт-Петербурзі та Ленінградській області вилучили чотири тонни наркотиків.

Кількість кокаїну, вилученого в порту Антверпена, Бельгія, минулого року встановила новий рекорд, повідомила в середу влада.







Близько 116 тонн кокаїну було вилучено у фламандському місті, що на 5 відсотків більше, ніж у 2022 році, заявив міністр фінансів Бельгії Вінсент ван Петегем на пресконференції в нідерландському місті Вліссінген у середу.



Аукке де Вріс, в.о. державного секретаря уряду Нідерландів з питань фінансів, повідомила, що у 2023 році в порту Роттердама було вилучено майже 60 тонн кокаїну, що також є значним зростанням, приблизно на 10 відсотків, порівняно з обсягом вилученого роком раніше.



У серпні минулого року влада Нідерландів провела великий рейд, коли виявила понад 8 тонн кокаїну, прихованого в партії бананів з Еквадору – це найбільша партія  за всю історію.



Бельгійські та нідерландські митні органи інтенсивно співпрацюють у боротьбі з незаконним обігом наркотиків. Наприклад, голландська митна водолазна команда базується в Антверпені, і обидві країни також працюють разом у співпраці з Латинською Америкою.



Бельгійська федеральна поліція повідомила, що 22 людини, в тому числі троє поліцейських, були заарештовані під час масштабної антинаркотичної операції. Влада задіяла близько 350 поліцейських, в основному в Брюсселі та Антверпені, і провела 45 обшуків, вилучивши готівку, розкішні автомобілі та пістолет.

Луїс Арсе на своїй сторінці в соцмережі зазначив, що наркотики були заховані у вантажівці й замасковані під пакувальний матеріал. Президент додав, що ринкова вартість кокаїну, призначеного, імовірно, для Нідерландів, там могла б становити близько 526 мільйонів доларів.



У рамках 9 рейдів правоохоронці затримали також чотирьох підозрюваних у торгівлі наркотиками.

Правоохоронці Колумбії цього року конфіскували 697 тонн кокаїну, що на 13 відсотків більше, ніж торік, повідомив заступник міністра оборони та політики безпеки Альберто Лара.







За словами заступника міністра оборони та політики безпеки Альберто Лара, цього року правоохоронці ліквідували 219 лабораторій з обробки кокаїну, що на 22 відсотки більше, ніж у 2022 році.



Під час презентації річного звіту Лара підкреслив, що «з метою ліквідації незаконних збройних організацій, які діють в країні і загрожують населенню», зусилля влади зосереджені на боротьбі з джерелами фінансування, тобто на «моніторингу ланок ланцюга, які отримують більшу частину доходу».



За словами заступника міністра, кількість вбивств жінок у Колумбії зменшилася на 11 відсотків, а кількість сексуальних злочинів проти жінок, дітей і неповнолітніх – на 16 відсотків.



Водночас кількість злочинців, затриманих за викрадення людей, зросла на 14 відсотків, а кількість людей, затриманих за вимагання, – на 12 відсотків порівняно з минулим роком. Кількість краж із  магазинів цього року зменшилася на чверть, додав Лара. 



Влада Колумбії також закрила 3442 незаконні родовища корисних копалин, що на 1187 більше, ніж у 2022 році.



Наприкінці звіту заступник міністра заявив, що уряд планує залучити 16 тисяч професійних військових для відновлення безпеки постраждалих від конфліктів територій. Для більшої безпеки населених пунктів також планують залучити 20 тисяч поліцейських.

Правоохоронці Іспанії вилучили понад 7,5 тонни кокаїну, захованого в партії замороженого тунця.







Наркотик прибув до порту Віго на північному заході Іспанії з Південної Америки, імовірно з Еквадору. Далі нелегальний товар транспортували 160 км вантажівками й почали розвантажувати в промисловій зоні міста Камбре.



Саме тут поліція провела оперативні дії й конфіскувала кокаїн на загальну суму близько 265 мільйонів євро. Пакунки з наркотиками були позначені різними символами залежно від того, до якого злочинного угруповання мали бути доставлені.



На місці затримали п’ятьох співробітників компанії, що приймала вантаж, але після допиту їх відпустили.



Керівника фірми, яка торгує замороженими товарами, ще розшукують. Поліція стежила за чоловіком з 2019 року, але досі не вдавалося спіймати його на гарячому, бо він добре приховував свою протиправну діяльність, використовуючи для цього значні контейнерні перевезення.



Згідно з даними поліції, за компанією-посередницею стоїть албанська злочинна мережа. Правоохоронці вважають її членів причетними до контрабанди іншої партії кокаїну, вилученої у Валенсії, на заході Іспанії.



Там було конфісковано 3,4 тонни наркотиків, захованих у чотирьох контейнерах з подвійними стінками.



Вантаж простояв у порту місяць, перш ніж хтось зголосився забрати його. Поліцейські стежили за слідом аж до складу, де й спіймали злочинців. Під час операції було затримано 15 осіб.

Дев’ятиметрове судно прямувало до Пуерто-Ріко, коли його помітили.



Затримали двох чоловіків із Домініканської Республіки та одного з Колумбії, їх звинувачують у перевезенні понад 1,5 тонни кокаїну.

Це одна з найбільших партій наркотиків, вилучених біля узбережжя Пуерто-Ріко цього року.



У 2021 році в південно-східній частині острова було вилучено рекордну кількість кокаїну на 50 мільйонів доларів. Цей регіон вважається транзитним центром для транспортування наркотиків, що прямують до материкової частини США та інших країн, повідомляє Origo із посиланням на ABC.

Судно відпливло з Південної Америки зареєстроване в Панамі. Військово-морська служба стежили за ним, оскільки підозрювали, що воно перевозить наркотики, особливо після того, як корабель почав бродити навколо ірландського узбережжя.

Помічник комісара Джастін Келлі сказав, що наркотики прибули від південноамериканських кокаїнових картелів. За його словами, низка організованих злочинних груп в Ірландії, Великобританії та Європі, які мають прямі зв’язки з Південною Америкою, об’єдналися, щоб отримати наркотики.



Своєю чергою командувач флоту військово-морської служби Ірландії назвав захоплення човна надзвичайно складною військовою операцією, оскільки затримання судна було ускладнене поганою погодою та спробою передбачити дії злочинних угруповань.

У пункті пропуску в Каліфорнії затримали мексиканця, який намагався провезти понад 180 кілограмів кокаїну в ящиках з огірками, повідомили правоохоронці США.







33-річний чоловік у цей час був за кермом трактора, що перевозив партію огірків.



Під час огляду вантажу прикордонники виявили 146 пакунків кокаїну. Вага наркотика становила приблизно 181 кілограм, повідомляє Fox News.



Трьома днями раніше співробітники прикордонної служби США заарештували 25-річного мексиканця, який намагався провезти наркотики до Сполучених Штатів, що були сховані теж у причепі трактора.



Тоді з контейнера вилучили майже 300 кілограмів речовини, походження якої пізніше встановили, це був рідкий метамфетамін.



Вартість обох партій вилучених наркотиків на чорному ринку становить понад 5 мільйонів доларів.
