Egy spanyolországi borászat pincéjében egy nő bosszúból kiengedett a tartályokból mintegy 60 ezer liter kimagasló minőségű bort, az okozott kár meghaladhatja a 2,5 millió eurót.
Az eset még februárban történt a Madridtól 150 kilométerre északra fekvő Castrillo de Duero településen. Az elkövetőt, aki a borászat korábbi alkalmazottja volt, pénteken vették őrizetbe – jelentette a spanyol média.
A nő azért állt bosszút, mert korábban elbocsátották a Bodegas Cepa 21 nevű ismert borászattól. A vállalkozást vezető José Moro azt mondta: megkönnyebbülést érez, amiért a tettest elfogták, de továbbra sem érti, hogyan követhetett el valaki ekkora „szentségtörést”.
„Szomorú, hogy a szétlocsolt bor örökre elveszett, és nem élvezhette senki. A borászatnak okozott anyagi kárról nem is beszélve” – tette hozzá keserűen Moro.
Biztonsági kamerák felvétele szerint a nő hajnalban tört be a borászat pincéjébe, ahol láthatóan nagy helyismerettel közlekedett, és kevesebb mint egy perc alatt kinyitott öt bortartályt.

Az ügyészségi közlemény szerint a ház videokamerájának felvétele szerint a három férfi gond nélkül beütötte a kapukódot, bementek a házba és felmentek a megfelelő emeletre. „A tettesek nem reagáltak a háziasszony felszólítására, megpróbálták betörni az ajtót és behatolni a lakásba” – jegyezte meg az ügyészség.
Jelenleg folyik a katona családja elleni garázda cselekményben részt vevő személyek azonosítása. „A vonatkozó törvénycikk szankciója öt évig terjedő szabadságkorlátozást vagy négy évig terjedő szabadságvesztést ír elő” – áll a közleményben.

Egy ember meghalt, sokan megsebesültek Texasban, amikor egy férfi lopott kamionnal, bosszúból belehajtott az állami közbiztonsági hivatal épületébe pénteken.
A 42 éves Clenard Parker – egy hivatásos sofőr – Brenham városában egy nappal azt követően követte el a támadást, hogy a hivatalban elutasították teherautó-vezetői jogosítványának kiadását.
A férfi helyi idő szerint péntek délelőtt ellopott egy szállítmánnyal megrakott nagy méretű, 18 kerekű félpótkocsis kamiont, és nekivezette az épületnek. A helyszíni felvételek azt mutatták, hogy az épület komolyan megsérült, valamint a kamion vezetőfülkéje is roncsolódott.
A támadás halálos áldozata a kórházban hunyt el, rajta kívül 13 sérültről számoltak be a helyi hatóságok.
A település polgármestere, Atwood Kenjura sajtótájékoztatóján értelmetlen tragédiának nevezte a történteket. Hozzátette, hogy a férfi megpróbált kitolatni az épületből, és másodszor nekihajtani annak, ami a vizsgálat szerint a ház teljes összeomlásához vezetett volna.
A bosszú vezérelte elkövető sértetlenül szállt ki a kamionból, megpróbált elmenekülni, de a rendőrök elfogták, és letartóztatták.

A ceglédi rendőrök digitális nyomok után kutatva jutottak el ahhoz a 31 éves, budapesti nőhöz, aki nem tagadta, hogy barátnője kérését teljesítve hozta létre a kamuprofilt.
Meg akarták leckéztetni a férfit, aki a szakítást követően üzenetekkel és telefonhívásokkal zaklatta barátnőjét. Gondolkodtak, mivel tudnának visszavágni és azt találták ki, egy férfiak ismerkedésére létrehozott oldalon regisztrálják. Azzal védekeztek, nem tudták, hogy ez bűncselekmény, humorosnak találták.
A 25 éves, volt barátnő sem tagadott a kihallgatásán. Elmondta, a szakítás utáni időszakot nehezen élte meg, mert az exe üzengetett neki. Letiltotta, a férfi el is tűnt, nem hívta, nem üzent többé, néhány hónappal később viszont a nők kitalálták a humornak szánt bosszújukat.
Védekezésében azt állította, nem tudta, hogy ez ilyen komoly dolog, egyre csak azt hangsúlyozta, hogy viccnek szánta.
A két nő ellen a személyes adattal visszaélés megalapozott gyanúja miatt indított eljárást a Ceglédi Rendőrkapitányság Vizsgálati Osztálya, amelyet most zártak le. Az ügy iratait átadták az ügyészeknek.

Az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet felszólította harcosait, hogy bosszulják meg vezetőik meggyilkolását, és használják ki az orosz–ukrán háborút Európa megtámadására.
„Isten segítségével és közvetítésével bejelentjük egy áldott harc kezdetét, a két sejk, Abu Ibráhim al-Hásemi al-Kurejsi és Abu Hamzah al-Kurejsi al-Muhadzsir sejk bosszúharcát” – mondta a csoport új szóvivője, Abu Omar al-Muhadzsir a Telegram üzenetküldő alkalmazáson közzétett hangüzenetében.
A szóvivő felszólított minden dzsihadistát, hogy „használja ki a keresztesek egymás elleni harcát”, és folytassa a támadásokat Európában.
Felhívásában „a kalifátus minden oroszlánjának és az Iszlám Állam harcosainak mindenhol” azt üzente:Ha üttök, üssetek keményen, hogy fájdalmat okozzatok és terrorizáljatok.
Az Iszlám Állam márciusban megerősítette korábbi vezetője, al-Kurejsi halálát, és bejelentette utódjának kinevezését. A csoport szerint szervezetük új vezetője Abu al-Haszan al-Hasimi.
Abu Ibráhim al-Hásemi al-Kurejsi február elején halt meg egy északnyugat-szíriai amerikai katonai műveletben. Joe Biden amerikai elnök akkor azt mondta, azért robbantotta fel magát, hogy ne vonják felelősségre tetteiért.
Al-Kurejsit a terrorszervezetet hosszú ideig vezető Abu Bakr al-Bagdadi 2019 októberében bekövetkezett halála után nevezték ki az Iszlám Állam vezérévé.
Az új üzenetben, amelynek hitelességét nem lehetett ellenőrizni, a szóvivő azt remélte, hogy az orosz háború Ukrajnában nem fog leállni, amíg el nem égeti „a kereszteseket és fel nem szántja a területeiket”.

Bosszúból cselekedhetett az a fiatal férfi, aki péntek este gépkarabéllyal nyitott tüzet Koszovóban egy iskolabuszra megölve két gyereket és egy felnőttet – közölte a Kurir című helyi lap.
A Kurir értesülése szerint az elkövető előzőleg illetlenül viselkedett a buszon, zaklatva a lányokat. A sofőr és az ellenőr ezért leszállíttatta a járműről. A fiatal férfi megvárta, míg a busz visszafelé indult és tüzet nyitott rá egy gépkarabélyból – tette hozzá a lap.
Az NTV orosz hírtelevízió szerint a koszovói rendőrség is bosszúból elkövetett cselekményt, nem pedig terrorcselekményt sejt a háttérben. Az eset Gllogjan településen történt.
A golyózáporban meghalt a buszsofőr és egy 17, illetve egy 19 éves diák. Az maszkot viselő elkövető elmenekült a helyszínről, nagy erőkkel keresi őt a rendőrség. A helyi sajtó értesülései szerint a buszon utazó diákok albán nemzetiségűek voltak.

Évekig tartó zaklatás után előre eltervezte felesége gyilkosságát egy férfi a németországi Ibbenbürenben.
„Minden rendben” – Ezek voltak Olga S. utolsó szavai, amit SMS-ben küldött legjobb barátnőjének. A nő alig néhány órával később holtan feküdt a lakása küszöbén.
A barátok elmondása szerint a nő férje még a házasságuk alatt egy láncfűrésszel támadt feleségére, megsebesítve a kisfiát is.
Amikor bő két éve Olga elvált férfitől, kezdetét vette a zaklatási-horror.
A volt férj, Valerie kezdetben csak gyerekesnek tűnő csínytevésekkel próbálkozott, ám a nő iránti gyűlölete egyre inkább fokozódott, ami súlyosabb cselekedetre késztette.
Hangüzenetekben állítólag meg is fenyegette volt feleségét: megöli őt, és az anyja arcába fog nevetni.
A Bild információi szerint a férfi pénteken hajnalban már a nő ajtajában leselkedett, és hosszú késsel többször nyakon szúrta a védtelen asszonyt.
Valerie ezután becsöngetett a szomszédok ajtaján, hogy átadja a kutyáját. A rendőröket pedig egy táska börtönbe való holmival fogadta, a jelenleg őrizetben lévő férfi.

Akár 10 évet is kaphat az az amerikai nő, aki engedély nélkül hatolt be volt munkaadója számítógépes rendszerébe, majd bosszúból törölni kezdte a céges állományokat. A The Register szerint a bűncselekmény miatt 20 433 fájl és 3478 könyvtár veszett oda, összesen több mint 21 gigabájtnyi adat.
Az ügyészségi dokumentumok alapján a nő, Juliana Barile egy New York-i pénzintézetnél volt részmunkaidős alkalmazott, de idén májusban felmondtak neki. A vezetőség állítólag kezdeményezte a cég informatikai osztályánál a nő hozzáféréseinek megszüntetését, de ez valamiért nem futott végig. Barile ugyanis két nappal a kirúgását követően is be tudott lépni a rendszerbe, sőt, a fájlokat is ugyanúgy látta, ahogy előtte. Ekkor határozta el, hogy megleckézteti a munkaadóját, és vadul törölgetni kezdte a fájlokat.
Az ügyészség szerint a nő olyan állományokat is kitörölt, melyek a jelzáloghitelekkel kapcsolatos igényléseket tartalmazták, így végső soron nemcsak a banknak, hanem az ügyfeleknek is kárt okozott.
Az ügyben eljáró hatóság szerint a pénzintézetnek 10 000 dolláros költséget kellett fizetnie az adatok helyreállításáért, mivel a kitörölt állományok nem mindegyikéhez tartozott biztonsági mentés. A nő úgy bukott le, hogy a tettét követően egy ismerősének dicsekedett el üzenetben, hogy a cég valamiért nem vonta meg tőle a belépési adatokat, ő pedig kapott az alkalmon.
Barile meghallgatásakor bűnösnek vallotta magát.
