 A bírósági hatalmi ág sajtóközpontja szerint 2022-ben 1569 katonát vontak közigazgatási felelősségre (fogdai őrizet) a büntetőtörvénykönyv 172-20. cikkelye alapján, 2023-ban pedig 426-ot. A 2024-es jelentés még nem készült el.
  
 A hírportál megpróbálta kideríteni, hogy az ukrán büntető törvénykönyv 172-20. cikkelye alapján hány jegyzőkönyvet vettek fel katonákról a teljes körű háború kezdete óta. A Katonai Törvény- és Rendvédelmi Szolgálat megtagadta az ilyen adatok kiszolgáltatását, mivel korlátozott a hozzáférés hozzájuk.
 Ukrajna közigazgatási szabálysértési törvénykönyvének 172-20. cikkelye értelmében alkoholt vagy kábítószert fogyasztó katonákat 17-34 ezer hrivnya pénzbüntetéssel vagy 10-15 napos elzárással büntetik, a bíróság döntése szerint. Ezenkívül a katonák bónuszok és harci fizetéspótlék nélkül maradnak. A fronton végzett feladatok ellátása során is kevesebb, mint 10 ezer hrivnyát kap a katona abban a hónapban, amikor iváson vagy kábítószer-fogyasztáson kapták.

 A 22 éves Justine Johnson halálra szúrta hároméves lányát, Sutton Mossert, majd egy szemeteszsákba rejtette a holttestét. Később a gyilkosságot azzal magyarázta, hogy minderre SpongyaBob Kockanadrág utasította, egyenesen a tévéből. Állítása szerint azt is közölte vele a rajzfilmfigura, hogy ha nem teszi meg, ő fog meghalni.
 A megdöbbentő eset szeptember 16-án történt. Mint kiderült, a nőnek heroinelvonás és alváshiány okozta a hallucinációit, melynek során elhitte, hogy a rajzfilmfigura utasította őt a gyilkosságra.
 A pénteki előzetes meghallgatáson Ryan Eberline, a helyi gyermekvédelmi szervezet nyomozója elmondta, hogy Justine Johnson épp a gyilkosság napján költözött el anyja michigani házából, ahol addig élt. Mielőtt a lánya ellen fordult volna, elment egy temetőbe, majd onnan visszatérve megpróbált öngyilkos lenni.
 Azt mondta, semmire nem emlékszik abból, ami Shuttonnal történt, viszont hallucinációi voltak a heroinelvonás miatt, és két hétig szinte semmit nem aludt. Úgy hallotta, mintha SpongyaBob Kockanadrág egyenesen hozzá beszélne a tévéből, és azt parancsolná neki, hogy ölje meg a lányát, különben ő fog meghalni. Azt mondta, halálfélelme lett, és ez teljesen elvette az eszét” – idézte fel a nő anyja a történteket egy helyi lapnak október 1-én.
 A nő bátyja, Knesley Johnson elmondta, hogy amikor aznap munkába indult, még találkozott testvérével, és unokahúgával, akiken akkor még semmi szokatlant nem tapasztalt, olyanok voltak, mint máskor.
 De amikor hajnali fél 4-kor hazajött a munkából, sehol nem találta őket, ezért megkérdezte 17éves unokaöccsét, hogy hol vannak. Majd amikor elmentek a nő új lakcímére, és keresni kezdték őket, a 17 éves fiú meglátta, hogy egy zsákból lóg ki a gyerek lába.
 „Odarohantam Knesley-hez, és mondtam neki, hogy mit láttam, ő egyszerűen nem hitt nekem, azt hitte, viccelek.”
 A rendőrök, már kora reggel, a fivérek bejelentése után a helyszínre siettek.
 A hátsó szobában találtak két szemeteszsákot, az egyikből egy láb lógott ki – mint kiderült, az unokahúguk lába, amely addigra már hideg volt. Azonnal értesítettük a mentőket – mondta Gerald Soboleski rendőr.
 A rendőrök töb vérfoltot találtak a folyosó szekrényének ajtaján, a nappali kanapékon, illetve a hálószobában lévő tárgyakon.
A hálószobában három kést is találtak, a kislány teste pedig egy takaróba volt csavarba, és egy vérrel szennyezett farmernadrággal együtt találták meg a szemeteszsákban. A gyerek hasán, nyakán, és mellkasán is találtak sérüléseket. Johnson ellen gyilkosság miatt emeltek vádat, letartóztatták, óvadék ellenében sem engedik ki – írja a DailyStar.
