Kijev Dnyiprói kerületében egy férfit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy meggyilkolta saját fiát. A nyomozók szerint a férfi feldarabolta áldozatát, a maradványokat pedig befalazta a garázsban – jelentette a korrespondent.net a Kijevi Városi Ügyészség sajtószolgálata nyomán.
A jelentés szerint a gyilkosság 2024 januárjában történt. Aznap 30 éves fia meglátogatta az 55 éves gyanúsítottat. Az asztalnál a konyhában nézeteltérés támadt köztük, melynek során az apa egy késsel halálra szúrta fiát. A férfi a bűncselekmény eltitkolása érdekében az áldozat holttestét a fürdőszobába vitte, ahol feldarabolta, és a maradványokat szemeteszsákokban és táskákban a kukákhoz vitte. A fejet és a végtagokat befalazta a garázsában, ahol később megtalálták a rendfenntartók.
A férfit emberöléssel gyanúsították meg, s előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték. Tettéért 15 év szabadságvesztésre ítélheti a bíróság.

Jelenleg, az amerikai sajtó szerint, az amerikai kormány képviselői azt kérik a bíróságtól, hogy kötelezze a közösségi hálózat óriását, hogy adja el a népszerű Instagram alkalmazást és a világ egyik legmegbízhatóbb üzenetküldőjét – a Whatsappot. Számos amerikai szakértő valóban úgy véli, hogy jelen esetben a vállalat nagyon nehéz helyzetben van, és jövőbeli szerepének és helyének az újragondolására van szükség.
Ha korábban a közösségi háló csak néhány állam keresetével szembesült, a jelenlegi helyzetben szinte mindegyik „összefogott” ellene, ugyanis a keresetet az USA szövetségi kormánya valamint 48 amerikai állam főügyésze kezdeményezte.
Az keresetek alig térnek el egymástól, mindegyik arra a feltételezésre összpontosít, miszerint a Facebook, megszerezve egyik vagy másik eszközt, kifejezetten csökkentette a versenyképességet a közösségi hálók piacán, aminek eredményeként romlott az felhasználok számára elérhető alkalmazások minősége.
Az Egyesült Államok monopóliumellenes hivatala és főügyészek a probléma megoldását a társaság vagyonának eladásában látják. Többek között, rendkívül nyomatékosan azt követelik, hogy a bírák kötelezzék a Facebook társaságot arra, hogy adja el az erős és a fiatalok körében népszerű Instagram alkalmazást, valamint az üzenetküldő Whatsappot, amelyeket 2012 és 2014-ben vásárolt meg.
Ezen kívül a Szövetségi Kereskedelmi Bizottság keresete egyértelműen kimondja, hogy az internetes piac Facebook általi monopolizálása kárt okozott a reklámcégeknek, mivel magas árakat és alacsonyabb minőségű lehetőségeket biztosított számukra. De jelenleg, a szakértők szerint, mindezt nagyon nehéz elemezni és konkrét számokkal alátámasztani a károkat.
Ezekre a keresetekre válaszolva a Facebook emlékeztetett arra, hogy az amerikai szabályozóknak minden lehetőségük meg volt arra, hogy blokkolják a vállalat bármely alkalmazását, de valamiért úgy gondolták, hogy mégsem teszik meg.
„Ez egy revizionista történet… Ebben az esetben a legfontosabb tény, amelyet a bizottság nem említ 53 oldalas keresetében, hogy pár évvel ezelőtt maga az USA Szövetségi Kereskedelmi bizottsága adott engedély a beszerzésre. A kormány most mindent vissza akar játszani, mindezzel azt a szörnyű üzenet tolmácsolva az amerikai üzleti élet szereplőinek, hogy bármelyik vásárlás soha sem lehet végleges” – közölte a Facebook jogi tanácsadója.
