Andrij Kosztyin ukrán főügyész az X-en nyilvánosságra hozta, hogy Donyeck megyében orosz megszállók lefejeztek egy ukrán katonát, ami miatt ukrán ügyészek vizsgálatot indítottak.
Az ukrán hadsereg tájékoztatást kapott hétfőn arról, hogy az orosz megszálló erők egyik alakulatának tagjai a donyecki régióban lévő Volnovaha körzetében parancsot adtak beosztottjaiknak, hogy ne ejtsenek ukrán hadifoglyokat, hanem fejezzék le őket. Az ukrán fegyveres erők a régió egyik harcállásán végzett légi felderítésük során felfedeztek egy sérült páncélozott járművet, rajta egy ukrán katona levágott fejével – írta a főügyész. Hangsúlyozta, hogy az ilyen cselekmények súlyosan sértik a genfi egyezményeknek a hadifoglyokkal való bánásmódról szóló cikkeit, valamint az egyezményekhez tartozó, a nemzetközi fegyveres konfliktusok áldozatainak védelméről szóló kiegészítő jegyzőkönyvet.

„Ezeknek az áldozatoknak a szabadon bocsátása akármilyen indokkal is történt, nem ad felmentést a húszi lázadók bűntetteire” – jelentette ki az X-en a jemeni emberi jogokért felelős tárca miniszterhelyettese.
A Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt közleményben erősítette meg, hogy a „konfliktussal összefüggésben” fogságba esett 113 embert egyoldalúan szabadon engedtek a húszik.
Oroszországban és az általa megszállt területeken 405 ukrán állampolgár, közte 30 nő sínylődik koncentrációs táborokban és kínzókamrákban – jelentette ki Ljudmila Deniszova, a parlament emberjogi biztosa hétfőn a Legfelső Tanács jubileumi alkotmány napi ünnepi ülésén, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ombudsman elmondta, hogy az ukrán állam sajnálatos módon jelenleg nem tudja szavatolni az alkotmányos és a szabadságjogok betartását a megszállt területeken. „A honfitársaink kénytelenek a nemcsak az ukrán, hanem az emberi méltóságot is gyökeresen irtó agresszor állam természetes kiválasztódási törvényei szerint túlélni” – tette hozzá.
Deniszova emlékeztetett arra, hogy jelenleg 405 ukrán állampolgár – közte 44 katona és 30 nő – sínylődik Oroszország és a megszállt területek koncentrációs táboraiban és kínzókamráiban. Mint jelezte, az Oroszország által fogva tartott valamennyi ukrán állampolgár neve ismeretes.

Fehéroroszország átadta Oroszországnak azt a 32 orosz állampolgárt, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy a Wagner csoport elnevezésű orosz magán zsoldoshadsereg tagjai – közölte a moszkvai főügyészség sajtószolgálata pénteken.
A tájékoztatás szerint az Igor Krasznov főügyész augusztus 5-én előterjesztett jogsegélykérelme nyomán átadott 32 orosz állampolgár már megérkezett Oroszországba.
Fehéroroszországban július 29-én hozták nyilvánosságra, hogy 33 orosz állampolgárt vettek őrizetbe, akik feltehetőleg a Wagner csoport tagjai. A minszki hatóságok gyanúja szerint azért érkeztek Fehéroroszországba, hogy destabilizálják a helyzetet az augusztus 9-i elnökválasztás előtt. Az orosz ügyészség pénteki közlése szerint a 33. őrizetbe vett orosz-fehérorosz kettős állampolgár, és így egyelőre Fehéroroszországban marad.
A moszkvai vádhatóság hangsúlyozta, hogy az elfogottak átadása a nemzetközi jog, illetve az orosz és a fehérorosz jogrend szigorú betartásával és a két ország ügyészségeinek szoros együttműködésével zajlott le. A koronavírus-járvány miatt Franciaországban 6266 rabot engedtek szabadon. Erről április 3-án, pénteken az AFP számolt be az ország igazságügyi minisztériumi forrására hivatkozva.
Az április 1-jei adatok szerint, Franciaország 188 büntetés-végrehajtási intézetében 66 309 személyt tartanak fogva, számuk két hét alatt csaknem 10%-kal csökkent. Az igazságügyi minisztérium már korábban kampányt indított az egészségügyi problémákkal küzdő foglyok, valamint azok előzetes szabadon bocsátásáról, akiknek a büntetésük időtartama a végéhez közeledik.
