Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) Kijevben leleplezte és elfogta az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) ügynökeinek csoportját, amely a fűtési szezon meghiúsítása érdekében a fővárosi hőerőművek koordinátáit akarta átadni az ellenségnek – adta hírül szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A titkosszolgálati közlés szerint „az árulók felderítették az ukrán katonai egységek, köztük a Nemzeti Gárda, a hőerőművek és a vasúti csomópontok helyeit.” Az ügynökök a begyűjtött információkat anonim Telegram-csatornákon továbbították a megszállóknak. A megszállók minden egyes jelentésért 5000 hrivnyának megfelelő pénzjutalmat adtak csatlósaiknak.
„Az ügynökcsoportot az FSZB apparátusának munkatársa hozta létre a rosztovi régióban a teljes körű invázió kezdete után. A diverzáns társaság négy kijevi lakosból állt” – jelezte SZBU. Az orosz ügynökök megpróbáltak bevonni egy Cserkaszi megyei lakost is a hírszerzői és felforgató tevékenységükbe. Az SZBU nyomozói már közölték az elkövetőkkel, hogy meg vannak gyanúsítva.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy az SZBU már korábban őrizetbe vett egy orosz ügynököt, aki az ellenséges rakétacsapásokat irányította célra a fűtési idény meghiúsítása érdekében Dél-Ukrajnában.
