Az Irkutszki régióban található Uszt-Ilimszk városában egy férfi tüzet nyitott az egyik helyi sorozási irodában – értesült a Tajgainfo a lövöldözésről.
Az első híradások alapján a sorozóbizottság vezetője belehalt a lövöldözésbe, ám azóta a Tajgainfo úgy tudja, hogy a férfi mégis túlélte. Egy másik tiszt szintén megsebesült.
Az irkutszki rendőrség sajtóosztálya egyelőre csak annyival kommentálta az esetet, hogy információt gyűjtenek.
Az orosz sajtó arról is ír, hogy az elkövetőt, egy Ruslan Zinin nevű, 1997-ben született munkanélküli férfit, azóta elfogták. A szemtanúk állítása szerint a lövések leadása előtt azt mondja: „Senki sem fog harcolni, mindannyian most menjünk haza!”
