Pakisztán keleti részén, Pandzsáb tartományában fegyveresek tüzet nyitottak egy iskolabuszra, aminek következtében többen életüket vesztették.
A támadás egy attocki járásbeli faluban történt csütörtök reggel, miközben a gyerekek iskolába utaztak.
A támadás során öt gyerek megsebesült és kettő meghalt.
A Vangurad hírportál szerint az áldozatok és a sérült gyerekek 5 és 10 év közöttiek voltak. A rendőrség szerint a támadók a sofőrt vették célba, őt akarták megölni, de nem sikerült nekik, viszont a sofőr is súlyosan megsebesült.
A támadást egy családi viszály szíthatta, de a rendőrség a terrorizmust sem zárja ki. Pakisztánban gyakoriak a fegyveres támadások és a bandaháborúk – írja az Aljezeera.
2014-ben tálib fegyveresek csaknem 150 gyereket öltek meg egy katonai iskolában Pakisztán északnyugati részén.
Asif Ali Zardari pakisztáni elnök és Mohsin Naqvi belügyminiszter elítélte a támadást, és elrendelte, hogy a lehető legjobb orvosi ellátásban részesítsék a sebesülteket.
2021-ben Koszovóban történt hasonló tragédia. Fegyveresek nyitottak tüzet egy iskolabuszra, két gyerek és egy felnőtt meghalt.

Tizenkét gyermek és a sofőr meghalt, mert az iskolába tartó kisbusz összeütközött egy másik járművel szerdán Dél-Afrikában – közölte a déli Gauteng tartomány vezetése.
Hét további gyermek megsérült, őket kórházba szállították. A balesetben, amely Merafong városától mintegy 70 kilométerre nyugatra történt, a kisbusz felborult és kigyulladt. A történtekről készült felvételeken látszott, hogy a kisbusz teljesen megsemmisült a tűzben.
A Daily Post Nigeria szerint a sajtóközleményben Matome Chiloane, Gauteng tartomány oktatási minisztere azt mondta, hogy mélyen elszomorítja ez a tragikus esemény.

Tizenkét embert, köztük gyerekeket is kórházba szállítottak, miután egy iskolás busz traktorral ütközött egy kenti országúton. Az incidensben érintett gyerekek közül néhányan súlyos sérüléseket szenvedtek – írja a Mirror.
A helyszíni jelentések szerint a traktor éppen a levegőbe emelte a pneumatikus markolóját, ami oldalba kapta a buszt. A rendőrség vizsgálja az esetet.
A baleset után nem sokkal mentőt, tűzoltót, rendőrt és légimentőket vezényeltek a kenti Gravesend közelében fekvő Meophamba. A hatóságok megerősítették, hogy a busz több utasa, köztük öt gyermek megsérült. Összesen 12 embert szállítottak kórházba.

Indiában felborult egy iskolásokat szállító busz. Hat gyerek meghalt, körülbelül 20 megsérült. Erről a The Telegraph India számolt be április 11-én, csütörtökön.
A hírek szerint 30 gyereket szállítottak egy magániskola buszában. A busz nagy sebességgel haladt, a sofőr elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett, egy fának ütközött és felborult.
A gyerekek kiáltozását hallva néhány járókelő a segítségükre sietett.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a sofőr ittas lehetett.
Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás.

Sofőr nélkül indult el egy iskolabusz szerdán a németországi Hessen tartomány déli részén található Fürth-Erlenbachban, közel egy tucat diák megsérült – közölte a helyi rendőrség.
A jármű egy buszmegállóból kezdett el egyre gyorsabban gurulni, és mintegy 60 méter után egy füves rézen állt meg. A 71 éves sofőr egy műszaki hiba ellenőrzése miatt korábban kiszállt.
A sérüléseket az okozta, hogy a buszon lévő 10 és 15 év közötti fiatalok pánikba estek és kiugráltak a mozgó járműből. Tizenegy diák és a horzsolásokat szenvedett buszsofőr szerzett könnyebb sérüléseket, két fiatalt elővigyázatosságból kórházba szállítottak.
Egyelőre nem tudni, hogy a busz miként indulhatott el magától, az ügyben szakértő bevonásával vizsgálatot indítottak.

A nyomozás jelenlegi állása szerint az iskolabusz árokba hajtott és egy akadálynak ütközött – közölte a rendőrségi szóvivő.
A délben hazafelé tartó iskolások mellett a buszvezető is kórházba került.

Két kisgyerek meghalt, hatan pedig megsérültek, amikor busz hajtott egy napközis óvoda épületébe a kanadai Montreal elővárosában. A rendőrség szerint a buszvezető szándékosan hajthatott az épületbe, de az indítékot még nem tudják. Szemtanúk szerint a sofőr az ütközés után kiszállt, levetkőzött és ordítozni kezdett, vagyis láthatóan zavart állapotban volt.
A szülők éppen óvodába vitték a gyerekeiket, amikor egy autóbusz egyenesen belehajtott az épületbe. „A párom hívott reggel, hogy a szeme láttára egy iskolabusz rohant a napközi épületébe” – mondta egy szülő.
A baleset következtében két kisgyerek a helyszínen életét vesztette. Hat másik pedig életveszélyes sérüléseket szenvedett. A jármű kihajtott a buszfordulóból és az óvoda parkolóján keresztül belehajtott az épületbe. A baleset után a sofőr láthatóan zavart állapotban volt: ordítva szállt ki a buszból és ledobálta magáról a ruháit.
Végül három szülőnek sikerült a földre tepernie a sofőrt.
Az 51 éves férfit a kiérkező rendőrök őrizetbe vették. Gondatlan vezetés és emberölés vádjával indítanak eljárást ellene. Laval polgármestere a helyszínen azt mondta, hogy a gyanúsított büntetlen előéletű, az indítéka egyelőre ismeretlen.
A kanadai parlament alsóháza egy perc néma csenddel emlékezett a tragédia áldozataira. Justin Trudeau kanadai miniszterelnök részvétét fejezte ki a családoknak, köszönetet mondott a hatóságoknak és a mentőegységeknek. A rendőrség további részleteket egyelőre nem árult el az esetről, de átfogó nyomozást ígért. Azt is vizsgálják, hogy a gyanúsított szándékosan vagy véletlenül okozta-e a balesetet, illetve, hogy van-e bármilyen köze az esetnek az intézményhez.

Bosszúból cselekedhetett az a fiatal férfi, aki péntek este gépkarabéllyal nyitott tüzet Koszovóban egy iskolabuszra megölve két gyereket és egy felnőttet – közölte a Kurir című helyi lap.
A Kurir értesülése szerint az elkövető előzőleg illetlenül viselkedett a buszon, zaklatva a lányokat. A sofőr és az ellenőr ezért leszállíttatta a járműről. A fiatal férfi megvárta, míg a busz visszafelé indult és tüzet nyitott rá egy gépkarabélyból – tette hozzá a lap.
Az NTV orosz hírtelevízió szerint a koszovói rendőrség is bosszúból elkövetett cselekményt, nem pedig terrorcselekményt sejt a háttérben. Az eset Gllogjan településen történt.
A golyózáporban meghalt a buszsofőr és egy 17, illetve egy 19 éves diák. Az maszkot viselő elkövető elmenekült a helyszínről, nagy erőkkel keresi őt a rendőrség. A helyi sajtó értesülései szerint a buszon utazó diákok albán nemzetiségűek voltak.

Koszovó 2008-ban egyoldalúan kiáltotta ki elszakadását Szerbiától, amit Belgrád azóta sem hajlandó elismerni, és továbbra is saját, déli tartományának tartja a többségében albánok lakta területet. Míg a világ több mint száz országa elismeri Koszovó függetlenségét, Szerbiához hasonlóan Oroszország szerint sem független államról van szó.
