 Nyolc ember életét vesztette az indonéz főváros közelében egy étolajgyárban kitört tűzben.
Hatósági közlések szerint körülbelül húsz tűzoltóautó érkezett a helyszínre, a tűzoltóknak a gyár legtöbb részén sikerült megfékezniük a lángokat.
 A helyi Metro TV felvételein lángok és feketén gomolygó füst látható a Jakarta keleti részén levő Bekasi ipari központ gyárépületében.
 A helyszínről az összes holttestet elszállították. A tűzesetben további három ember megsérült – mondta a bekasi tűzoltóság vezetője a Reuters hírügynökségnek, hozzátéve, hogy a halálos áldozatok száma még növekedhet.
 A helyi hatóságok jelenleg a tűz okait vizsgálják.
 A gyárat a PT Primus Sanus Cooking Oil nevű vállalat üzemelteti.
