 A hadsereg honlapja szerint gyakorlat lehetett a központban, mert hétfőn az egész területet előre lezárták, a környező települések lakosságát pedig arra figyelmeztették, hogy emelkedni fog a zajszint – írja a CTK cseh hírügynökség. Az ügyet a katonai rendőrség vizsgálja.
 Libavá jelenleg a cseh hadsereg legnagyobb kiképzőközpontja, amelynek területén már többször előfordult baleset. Legutóbb, 2021 júliusában azonban a Prágától nyugatra fekvő Brdy kiképzőközpontban történt robbanás. A gyakorlótéren fel nem robbant lőszerek hatástalanítása közben történt balesetben egy katona meghalt, egy másik pedig megsérült.
