 A jelentés szerint Kozickij azt írta: „Mostanra (9:40 órára – a szerk.) a reggeli légitámadás és az óránkénti áramszünet miatt Lemberg megyében 523 000 előfizető maradt áram nélkül.”
 Az oroszok elsősorban a Drohobicsi járás területe ellen indított rakétacsapásokat. Sztepan Kulinyak, a Drohobicsi Járási Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője szerint sajnos egy kritikus infrastruktúra-objektumot találat ért. „Jelenleg nincs információ áldozatokról vagy sérültekről. A helyszínen minden szakszolgálat azon dolgozik, hogy felszámolja a támadás következményeit” – közölte.
