Az eset február 28-án történt Nagybocskó és Gyertyánliget között. A Shineray típusú motorkerékpárt vezető férfi jelentősen meghaladta a sebességkorlátot, elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett és egy fának ütközött.
A 28 éves kárpátaljai fiatalember a helyszínen életét vesztette. S mint kiderült, nem viselt motoros védőruhát sem.
A motorkerékpárt lefoglalták, az ügyben folyik az eljárás – közölte a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.

Az eset helyszínére a helyi rendőrség nyomozócsoportja érkezett ki. A rendfenntartók lefolytatták az elsődleges nyomozást, és megállapították, hogy Ilnica község 23 éves lakosa egy rendszám nélküli Geon motorkerékpárt vezetve áttért a szembközti sávba, a járdára hajtott és betonkerítésnek ütközött. Ennek következtében a motorkerékpár 15 éves utasa, aki védősisak nélkül utazott, olyan súlyos testi sérüléseket szenvedett, amelyek következtében a mentőautóban életét vesztette. A motorkerékpár vezetőjét szintén sérülésekkel szállították kórházba.
Kiderült, hogy a férfi a jármű vezetése közben ittas volt. A vérében 1,7 ppm alkoholt találtak. A sofőrt őrizetbe vették és ideiglenes letartóztatásba helyezték. Tettéért tíz évig terjedő szabadságvesztés fenyegeti öt évtől tíz évig terjedő járművezetési jogtól való eltiltás mellett. Az ügyben folytatódik az előzetes nyomozás.

Az eset a június 28-ra virradó éjszakán történt Ignéc közelében. A motorkerékpárt egy 17 éves dombokpusztai fiatalember vezette, utasa egy 16 éves fiú volt. Jelenleg mindketten kórházi kezelés alatt állnak.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult – közölte a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.
