nagyvárosaiban ezrek vonultak fel a nők esélyegyenlőségét követelve a
nemzetközi nőnapon vasárnap – adta hírül az MTI.
Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Toldeo, Valladolid, Santander,
Bilbao, Sevilla csak néhány azok közül a városok közül, ahol lilába öltözött,
transzparensekkel vonuló, éneklő, skandáló tömeg töltötte meg az utcákat.
„Jogokkal, akadályok nélkül, feministák határok nélkül” –
feliratú molinó mögött sorakoztak fel a spanyol fővárosban a tüntetők, nők és
férfiak minden korosztályból. „Ez egy különleges nap nők ezrei számára, akik
nap nap után úgy érzik, hogy problémáik láthatatlanok” – fogalmazott
újságíróknak Nina Larrea, az esemény szervezői közé tartozó Comisión 8M nevű
szervezet nevében.
A spanyol baloldali koalíciós kormány több minisztere is
megjelent az eseményen. Irene Montero miniszter arról beszélt a sajtónak, hogy
széleskörű feminista összefogásra van szükség ahhoz, hogy a nők számára további
jogokat lehessen elérni.
A legnagyobb ellenzéki erőnek számító konzervatív néppárt
több politikusa is felvonult. Concepción Gamarra, társadalompolitikáért felelős
főtitkár-helyettes a befogadó feminizmus mellett érvelt, amely mentes a
címkéktől és az ideológiáktól és amely a férfiakat is mozgósítja.
A felvonulás végén a szervezők kiáltványt olvastak fel,
amelyben egyebek mellett követelik a valódi, nemek közötti esélyegyenlőséget a
munka világában, valamint a nőkkel szembeni erőszak elleni szigorú fellépést
tekintettel arra, hogy a dél-európai országban idén már 14 nőt gyilkolt meg
élettársa.
