Három ember meghalt, hatan eltűntek és hárman megsérültek egy észak-olaszországi vízerőműben történt robbanás következtében kedden délután – közölte az olasz tűzoltóság.
A robbanás a Bologna és Firenze között fekvő Suviana víztározó duzzasztógátjánál történt 30 méteres mélységben egyelőre ismeretlen okokból.
A közeli Camugnano polgármestere elmondta, hogy a robbanás után tűz ütött ki a vízfelszíntől számított mínusz 9. szinten, és víz is behatolt az erőműbe.
Az első információk szerint az erőmű alkalmazottai egy turbinán végeztek épp munkálatokat, amikor a robbanás történt. A tűzoltók nehezen tudják megközelíteni a helyszínt, több helikoptert is bevetettek.
