Oleh Szinehubov, Harkiv régió kormányzója szerint négy embernek nyújtottak elsősegélyt a helyszínen. Mint mondta, a támadásban megsérült az épület homlokzata, valamint ablakaiban és tetőszerkezetében is kár keletkezett.
