Hatan meghaltak, egy ember megsebesült egy késes támadásban a Kína délkeleti részén fekvő Kuangtung tartomány egy óvodájában – közölte a rendőrség.
Őrizetbe vettek egy 25 éves, Vu vezetéknevű férfit, és vizsgálják a támadás okait – tették hozzá. Az áldozatok között egy pedagógus, két szülő és három gyerek van – idézte az AFP hírügynökség a város vezetésének szóvivőjét.
A rendőrségi közlemény szerint a támadás helyi idő szerint 7.40 órakor történt, a férfit 8 órakor vették őrizetbe.
Kínában viszonylag ritkák az erőszakos bűncselekmények, ám az elmúlt években több késes támadás is történt, iskolákban is – írta a BBC hírportálja.
Tavaly augusztusban Csianghszi tartományban egy késes támadó egy óvodában megölt három embert és hatot megsebesített. 2021 áprilisában Kuanghszi Csuang autonóm terület Peiliu városban két gyereket megölt, 16-ot megsebesített egy támadó.
