 Több helyen is tűz ütött ki szombaton a pozsonyi repülőtér és az autópálya közötti mezőn, amelynek füstje még a fővárost és a környező falvakat is ellepte. A tűzoltók munkáját a szél is megnehezíti.
 Hatalmas tűz ütött ki Nyékvárkonyban (Vrakún) a repülőtér közelében, a füst a szlovák fővárost és a környező falvakat is ellepte – írja a tvnoviny.sk.
 A repülőtér és az autópálya közötti mező több helyen ég, a tűz Pozsonypüspökiből (Podunajske Biskupice) is látható. A helyszínen állami és önkéntes tűzoltók avatkoznak be. Az oltást azonban megnehezíti a szél, amely továbbterjeszti a tüzet – tájékoztatott Roman Lamos, a település polgármestere a közösségi oldalán.
   
 Martin Kuruc, Nyékvárkony polgármestere arról tájékoztatott, hogy a tűzoltók ellenőrzésük alatt tartják a tüzet. A szél a reptér felé fúj, és ugyan a káros anyagok koncentrációja nem lesz veszélyes, de arra kérnek mindenkit, hogy zárják be az ablakokat, és ne tartózkodjanak a szabadban.
 A tüzet azóta sikerült eloltani.
