Egy püspököt és több más embert megkéseltek Sydneyben egy szertartás alatt helyi idő szerint hétfő este, ráadásul a történteket élőben közvetítették is. A rendőri jelentések szerint ugyan többen is megsebesültek a támadás alatt, ám a megszúrt áldozatok egyike sincs életveszélyes állapotban.
Egy férfit letartóztattak aki segíti a nyomozást a rendőrök szerint – írja a BBC. Az egyelőre nem világos, hogy a támadó pontosan milyen fegyvert használt a Krisztus a Jó Pásztor nevet viselő egyház elleni támadás során, ám a videón az látható, hogy egy csuklyás férfi a püspökre támad.
