Egy belső orosz dokumentum szerint több tucat orosz siklóbomba hullott Oroszország területére – írja a The Washington Post.



A The Washington Post birtokába került dokumentum szerint 2023 áprilisa és 2024 áprilisa között 38 olyan bomba csapódott be az oroszországi Belgorodi területen, melyeket az oroszok abból a célból indítottak útnak, hogy segítsék a hadsereg közelmúltbeli területi előrenyomulását. Igaz, a legtöbb nem robbant fel.



Ezek a siklóbombák szovjet kori lőszerek, amelyeket utólag olyan irányítórendszerekkel szereltek fel, amelyek a szakértők szerint gyakran meghibásodnak.






A bombák többségét civilek – erdőőrök, gazdák vagy a várost körülvevő falvak lakói – fedezték fel. A legtöbb esetben a védelmi minisztérium nem tudta, mikor indították el a bombákat, ami arra utal, hogy néhányuk napokig ott lehetett.



A dokumentum szerint legalább négy bomba hullott magára Belgorod városára, illetve további hét robbanószerkezetet találtak a környező külvárosokban. A legtöbb, 11, a grajvoroni határvidékre esett.



Az Asztra független orosz sajtótermék ellenőrizte, hogy a dokumentumban szereplő incidensek közül sok megegyezik azokkal az adatokkal, amelyeket a helyi önkormányzatoktól gyűjtött össze, és a helyi sajtóban megjelentek. Saját kimutatásai szerint az Asztra úgy becsülte, hogy Oroszország több mint száz bombát dobott le véletlenül saját területére, valamint Kelet-Ukrajna megszállt területeire az elmúlt négy hónapban.
