Öt embert ápolnak kórházban az észak-kelet spanyolországi Astún téli üdülőhelyen bekövetkezett sífelvonó-baleset sérültjei közül egy nappal a szerencsétlenség után – közölte a spanyol közszolgálati televízió (TVE) vasárnap.
A tájékoztatás szerint a legsúlyosabb sérültek, két 18 éves lány intenzív osztályon szorul ellátásra. Egyikük fiatalkorú testvérét, valamint egy 11 éves lányt és egy 67 éves nőt könnyebb sérülésekkel kezelnek különböző egészségügyi intézményekben.
Jorge Azcón, Aragón tartomány elnöke a helyszínen nyilatkozva elmondta: a baleset következtében összesen tízen kerültek kórházba, akik közül három embert mentőhelikopterrel szállítottak Zaragozába, illetve Huescába. A helyszínen további húsz embert láttak el a mentők.
Az első beszámolók szerint a spanyol Pireneusokban mintegy ötven éve működő, népszerű síparadicsomban az egyik ülőliften egy felvonókereket tartó elem tört el, amelynek következtében a kötél meglazult. Több utas elmondása szerint óriási rántást éreztek, majd az ülések libikókaként nagy erővel hintázni kezdtek. Többen kiestek a 15 méteres magasságból, mások maguktól ugrottak, de voltak, akiket üléssel együtt fejjel lefelé fordított a kábel lendülete. A liftet körülbelül nyolcvanan használták a baleset idején.
A síközpont közleményében beszámolt arról, hogy az utasok evakulása két és fél órát vett igénybe, kiemelve, hogy a sérültek mentésére és szállítására vonatkozó protokollok megfelelően működtek. A létesítményben korábban minden előírt felülvizsgálatot elvégeztek és rendelkeznek az összes szükséges engedéllyel – tette hozzá az üzemeltető.
A több mint 50 kilométernyi sípályával rendelkező központ vasárnap reggel újból kinyitott, és az előző napi baleset ellenére több százan váltottak belépőt.
Pedro Sánchez spanyol miniszterelnök szombaton az X közösségi platformon arról írt, hogy megrázta a baleset, és „a kormány minden támogatást” felajánlotta az aragóniai kormányzatnak.
A meghibásodott felvonót lezárták, a szakemberek vizsgálják, hogy pontosan mi vezetett a balesetet okozó hibához.

Több mint harmincan megsérültek egy síliftbalesetben a spanyolországi, Huesca tartománybeli Astúnban szombaton – közölte az északkeleti Aragónia autonóm régió kormánya.
Az első értesülések szerint kilencen válságos állapotban vannak, további nyolcan súlyos sérüléseket szenvedtek – jelentette a TVE spanyol állami televízió. A baleset okát egyelőre vizsgálják. Az első megállapítások szerint a felvonókötél hibája miatt az egyik gondola kicsúszott a vontatókötélről és lezuhant.

A sípályát lezárták, és széles körű mentőakció indult. Számos mentőautó és négy helikopter érkezett a helyszínre a balesetet szenvedett síelők kimentésére és kórházba szállítására. A sérültek nemzetiségére vonatkozóan nem közöltek információkat.
Az Astún síparadicsom, mely a legnépszerűbb a spanyol síelők körében, közel van a spanyol–francia határhoz a Pireneusokban.

A karácsonyi ünnepek előtt a francia Alpokban meghibásodott egy felvonó, és a mentőcsapatoknak több mint 200 síelőt kellett evakuálniuk, akik a felvonó székjeiben ragadtak. Erről a BFMTV számolt be csütörtökön, december 26-án.
A délkeleti Franciaországban található Le Dévoluy síparadicsomban a felvonó meghibásodott, és 240 síelőt kellett evakuálni.
A mentők helikoptereket használtak, hogy elérjék a felvonó székjeiben rekedt embereket. Néhányan 3,5 órát töltöttek a levegőben, 21 méteres magasságban a földtől.

A síparadicsom igazgatója elmondta, hogy a felvonó áramellátását idén nyáron újították fel, 300 ezer euró értékben. A felvonót először december 14-én indították el a szezonra.

A nő a kaliforniai Tahoe-tónál található Heavenly Mountain Resort síparadicsomban síelt a barátaival, de délután elfáradt a hegyen lefelé. Egy helyi dolgozótól kért segítséget, aki elkísérte őt a legközelebbi sífelvonóhoz. Két perccel azután, hogy a nő beszállt, a felvonó délután 5 órakor automatikusan megállt, így a nő benne ragadt.
„Nem volt nálam telefon, se lámpa, semmi” – mondta a spanyol KCRA-nak Monica Laso, a síliftben rekedt nő.
A barátai bejelentették ugyan Laso eltűnését, a nő mégis csak akkor tudott kiszabadulni a sífelvonóból, amikor másnap a személyzet újra elkezdett dolgozni. Akkor derült ki, hogy Monica Laso az egész éjszakát a síliftben töltötte. Amikor megtalálták, megvizsgálták, de Laso nem akart kórházba menni. A síparadicsom vezetősége közleményt adott ki, amiben azt írták, a „lehető legnagyobb komolysággal” vizsgálják az esetet.

Előzőleg tizenegy utasról lehetett tudni, akik közül kilencen meghaltak és ketten súlyosan megsérültek.
A kilenc elhunyt utas mellett egy izraeli család öt tagja – férj, feleség, kétéves kisfiuk és a nő nagyszülei – estek áldozatul az észak-olaszországi Stresa település és a Mottarone-hegy között működő felvonó egyik fülkéjének vasárnap esti lezuhanása miatt. A házaspár ötéves kisfia életben maradt, súlyos sérülésekkel ápolják Olaszországban.
Meg kell jegyezni, hogy a drótkötélpályát 2014-ben zárták be karbantartásra, és csak 2016-ban nyitották újra. Ráadásul a koronavírus-járvány miatt 14 hónapot szünetelt, a mostani hétvégén nyitották újra a sípályákat.

A baleset azon a szakaszon történt, amelyen az utasok Stresa településéről mennek fel a Nyugat-Alpokban fekvő Mottarone-hegyre.
A mentésbe az alpinisták mellett egy helikopter is bekapcsolódott – írja a BBC. A kabin mintegy száz métert zuhant a mélybe röviddel azelőtt, hogy megérkezett volna a Mottarone-hegyre. A fülkében tizenegy ember utazott. A helyi média szerint két gyereket a mentők kórházba szállítottak.
A kabin egy erdős részre zuhant, a meredek terepviszonyok akadályozták a mentést. A koronavírus-járvány nyomán bevezetett karanténintézkedések miatt a függővasutat április 24-én helyezték ismét üzembe. A drótkötélpályás felvonó 20 percenként közlekedik Stresa és a Mottarone-hegy között. A kellemes időjárás miatt számos turista jutott fel vasárnap ilyen módon a hegyen kialakított kilátóra, hogy megcsodálhassák az Alpok déli lábainál található Lago Maggiore tavat. Olaszországban ráadásul 14 hónap szünet után a mostani hétvégén újranyitották a sípályákat.
Az ANSA olasz hírügynökség szerint a drótkötélpályát 2014-ben zárták be karbantartásra, és csak 2016-ban nyitották újra. Az utolsó jelentősebb incidens 2001-ben volt, amikor elakadt egy kabin, és 40 turistát kellett a magasból kimenteni.

Az új év első napján 74-en rekedtek egy hegyi sífelvonón a kötélpályát működtető szerkezet transzformátor alállomásának meghibásodása miatt a Lemberg megyei Szlavszke település határában, a turistákat a helyszínre érkező katasztrófavédők evakuálták – adta hírül pénteken a strana.ua hírportál a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatára (DSZNSZ) hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a sífelvonó 13:35 órakor hibásodott meg. Röviddel ezt követően a katasztrófavédők előbb 16, majd erősítésként a helyszínre vezényelt további 11 fős személyi állománnyal és 4 speciális eszközzel megkezdték a székes kötélfelvonón rekedtek kimentését. A sikeres evakuációs műveletnek köszönhetően 74 személyt, köztük 13 gyermeket és három várandós nőt helyeztek biztonságba.
