Az Oroszország ellen vívott háború ellenére idén is külföldi zarándokok ezrei vettek részt Ukrajnában a rós hasánához, a zsidó újévhez kapcsolódó ünnepségeken a hét végén – jelentette be Irina Ribnicka, a közép-ukrajnai Umanyba érkező zarándokokat segítő Történelmi és Kulturális Központ igazgatója.
A Cserkaszi megyében, az ukrán fővárostól 200 kilométerre délre fekvő kisvárosba hagyományosan a braclavi Nahman rabbi – az ortodox hászid mozgalmat alapító Báál Sém Tov rabbi dédunokájának – sírjához zarándokolnak el az imádkozni vágyók.
A zarándokokat segítő központi igazgatója az EFE spanyol hírügynökségnek elmondta, hogy idén ismét sokan jöttek az Egyesült Államokból, Nagy-Britanniából és európai országokból, de a 80 százalékuk Izraelből érkezett már napokkal az ünnepségek kezdete előtt.
A biztonsági kockázatokkal kapcsolatos ukrán és izraeli diplomáciai figyelmeztetések ellenére tavaly és idén is mintegy 35 ezer zsidó utazott Umanyba, köztük ötezer gyermek.
Móse Reuven Azman rabbi, az ukrajnai zsidó közösség egyik vezető személyisége arról nyilatkozott, hogy a háború jelentette biztonsági kockázatok miatt ezúttal is felszólították a nemzetközi zarándokokat, hogy ne utazzanak Ukrajnába. A háború kezdete óta „minden évben az izraeli televízióban és rádióban is felszólítom a zarándokokat, hogy ne jöjjenek Ukrajnába. Elsődlegesnek tartom az emberek életét” – fogalmazott.
Mivel idén a Közel-Keleten is rendkívül feszült a helyzet – Izrael hadműveleteket folytat a palesztinok lakta Gázai övezetben és Libanonban is –, a hívők számára újabb nehézségek keletkeztek az ukrajnai utazások szempontjából. Ráadásul Ukrajna már 2022 februárjában lezárta a légterét, így az utazók csak más közlekedési módokat választva tudnak eljutni Umanyba.
Az Ukrajnai Zsidó Közösség szerint körülbelül tizennégyezer zarándoknak idén nem is sikerült eljutnia céljához.
Irina Ribnicka azt is elmondta, hogy a háború kezdete óta a hászid zsidók egyhangúlag támogatásukról biztosították Ukrajnát.

Az umanyi járási területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ női alkalmazottját két ügyben is meggyanúsították, mert segített egy hadköteles személynek elkerülni a fegyveres erőkbe történő mozgósítást – közölte kedden az rbc.ua hírportál a Legfőbb Ügyészség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
Az ügyészségi jelentés szerint gyanúsított 6200 dollár jogellenes juttatást kapott azért, mert befolyásolta a katonai szolgálatra való alkalmatlanná nyilvánítások ügyének eldöntését. Azt is megígérte az ügyfeleinek, hogy kizáratja őket a katonai nyilvántartásból, hogy elkerüljék a behívást a mozgósítás során, és Ukrajna államhatárának akadálytalan átlépését.
A bűnüldöző szervek a nőt akkor vették őrizetbe, amikor a kenőpénzt átvette. Az umanyi járási területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ munkatársát az alábbiak alapján gyanúsították meg: jogellenes juttatás megszerzése; személyek illegális kicsempészése a határon át Ukrajnából.
A nő akár 10 év börtönt is kaphat.

Az umanyi kilencemeletes lakóépület elleni orosz rakétatámadás következtében életüket vesztett lakók száma este 19:00 órára elérte a 23-at, közülük 4 gyermek – adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszternek és a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának Facebook-közlésére, valamint Ihor Taburecnek, a Cserkaszi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének a Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az orosz hadsereg által az umanyi többemeletes lakóépületre mért rakétacsapás következtében 23 ember, köztük 4 gyermek meghalt. A Nemzeti Rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint 18-an megsérültek, közülük 9-et kórházban kezelnek.
Ihor Taburec arról számolt be, hogy két 10 éves gyermek meghalt, emellett 18-an megsérültek (11-en kerültek kórházba) és 17-et kimentettek (közülük három a gyermek). A mentők 2 segélypontot létesítettek a helyszínen. A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata 3 pszichológust rendelt ki a károsultak lelki támogatása érdekében. A romok bontásában 148 ember és 36 technikai eszköz, 2 kutyás csapat vett részt. A támadásban 27 lakás teljesen megsemmisült, 33 autó kiégett vagy megrongálódott.

A Cserkaszi megyei Umanyban a péntek hajnali orosz rakétatámadás során találat ért egy panelházat, aminek következtében legalább 10 lakó életét vesztette, és körülbelül 10 további lakóház is megrongálódott, a hatóságok háromnapos gyászt rendeltek el a városban – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszter televíziós nyilatkozatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Klimenko az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában elmondta: „Biztosnak kell lennünk abban, hogy az emberek biztonságban vannak. Körülbelül 30 jármű is megsemmisült vagy megsérült.” A szavai szerint egy orosz rakéta egy 9 emeletes épület 6-7. szintjét találta el. A terület teljesen be van építve többemeletes épületekkel, ezért a mentési művelet legalább egy napig tar majd – tette hozzá.
„Arra számítunk, hogy egy napon belül lebontjuk a fő vasbeton szerkezeteket. További igazságügyi szakértői laboratóriumok tartanak Kijevből a helyszínre, hogy a lehető leggyorsabban dokumentálják Oroszország háborús bűncselekményét” – mutatott rá Ihor Klimenko.
Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök is reagált a péntek hajnali összpontosított orosz rakétatámadásra. Megígérte, hogy Ukrajna nem engedi, hogy egyetlen megszálló is kibújjon a tetteiért viselt felelősség alól.

Kigyulladt egy légkondicionáló készülék egy haszidok által bérelt lakásban kedd este Umanyban, a tűztől megrongálódott a gázvezeték, a katasztrófavédők evakuálták a lakókat – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál szerdán a Belügyminisztérium sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a tűzeset egy többszintes ház egyik lakásában történt, ahol rövidzárlat következtében kigyulladt a légkondicionáló berendezés. A tűz következtében megrongálódott a gázvezeték. A katasztrófavédelmi szolgálat munkatársai biztonságos távolságra evakuálták a lakókat, és biztosították a helyszín őrzését. A robbanás megelőzése érdekében lezárták a lakás földgázvezetékét. A tűz eloltása után a haszid családok visszatérhettek lakásaikba.
Kedden Umanyban három tűzeset is történt. Mint hírportálunk beszámolt róla, tűz ütött ki kedden az Umanyi Kertészeti Egyetem diákszállójában, hat diák sérüléseket szenvedett, 20-at a tűzoltók evakuáltak az épületből. Előttea katasztrófavédőknek egy erkélyen rakott tábortüzet kellett beoltaniuk, amit haszidok raktak, hogy saslikot süthessenek.

Tűz ütött ki kedden az Umanyi Kertészeti Egyetem diákszállójában, hat diák sérüléseket szenvedett, 20-at a tűzoltók evakuáltak az épületből – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál a Rendkívüli helyzetek Állami Szolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a lángok a diákszálló négyszintes épületének első szintjének egyik szobájában csaptak fel. A tűz 30 négyzetméteres területre terjedt ki. Az eloltásán 28 tűzoltó és 7 jármű dolgozott. Az épületből tűzoltólétra segítségével 20 diákot evakuáltak.
A tűz következtében négy fiatal füstmérgezést szenvedett. Őket az umanyi központi kórházba szállították. További két diákot üvegcserepek vágtak meg, amikor ki akartak mászni az ablakon.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, Umanyban erkélyen raktak tüzet kedden a zsidó újévre érkezett haszidok, hogy saslikot süssenek, a lángokat a katasztrófavédők oltották el.

Umanyban egy izraeli állampolgár tüzet nyitott az utcán, egy személy megsebesült – számolt be a Cserkaszi Megyei Rendőrség sajtószolgálata.
Augusztus 24-én férfiak közötti konfliktusról és utcai lövöldözésről érkezett bejelentés a rendőrségre. „Az incidens következtében egy 38 éves umanyi férfi megsérült, akit az Umanyi Központi Kórházba szállítottak. Jelenleg élete és egészsége nincs veszélyben” – áll a közleményben.
A rendfenntartók helyszíni vizsgálatot tartottak, kihallgatták a szemtanúkat, rögzítették a szemtanúk vallomásait és megállapították az elkövető kilétét. „Kiderült, hogy egy 33 éves izraeli állampolgár, aki Umanyban él” – közölte a rendőrség.
A rendőri szervek büntetőeljárást indítottak Büntető Törvénykönyv 296. cikkelye (Huliganizmus) alapján. A férfira háromtól hét évig terjedő börtönbüntetés vár.

Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Таке право мають кілька груп громадян, одна з яких – журналісти. Саме журналістський дозвіл має Дмитро Ніконов. Ми декілька разів запитали у директора «Автоентерпрайз», журналістом якого видання він є - відповіді не почули. На фотографіях, що з’явилися у мережі, вказано, що Ніконов є журналістом ТОВ «Громадська преса України». Згідно з реєстром друкованих ЗМІ, компанія видає журнал «Новини Батьківщини» - знайти сайт або публікації журналу в Інтернеті нам не вдалося.На місце події прибула депутатка Харківської міської ради від «Слуги народу», помічниця нардепа Олександра Куницького - Аліна Мустафаєва, а також інші особи. Один з чоловіків - знайомий Ніконова, намагався перешкоджати «Антикорупційному блоку» у законній журналістській діяльності, за цим фактом до поліції подана відповідна заява та відомості внесені до ЄРДР.

Szerhij Dejneko, Ukrajna Állami Határőrszolgálatának elnöke találkozott külföldi állampolgárok csoportjaival, akik a belépési korlátozások ellenére megpróbáltak Belaruszból Ukrajnába bejutni. Haszidok százai gyűltek össze Csernyihiv megye egyik ellenőrző pontján.
„Dejneko találkozott a külföldiek képviselőivel és ismertette a Minisztertanács határozatának a külföldiek beutazásának korlátozásával kapcsolatos követelményeit. Megjegyezte, hogy minden külföldi állampolgárnak tiszteletben kell tartania Ukrajna törvényeit és az államhatár átlépését szabályozó intézkedéseket. Emellett az intézmény vezetője egyértelműen óva intette a külföldieket a határsértés elkövetésétől, a szabálysértést felelősségre vonás követi, a határőrök megakadályozzák a határsértési kísérleteket” – közölte az Állami Határőrszolgálat sajtószolgálata, a Belta, írta az Ukrajinszka Pravda.
Az Állami Határőrszolgálat bevetette tartalékait, megszervezte az együttműködést az Nemzeti Rendőrség és az Ukrán Nemzeti Gárda egységeivel. A helyzet ellenőrzés alatt áll – jelentették a határőrök.
A Belta eközben a belorusz Állami határőr-bizottságra hivatkozva arról számolt be, hogy a határ menti területeken több mint 1500 haszid zsidó van, akik a zsidó naptár szerinti, a szeptember 19-i újév ünnepe kapcsán tervezték az Ukrajna területére való belépést.
Szeptember 10-én a haszidok egy csoportja lebontotta az umanyi Nachman Rabbi síremlékéhez közeli kerítés egy részét, amelyet a koronavírus terjedésének megakadályozása érdekében helyeztek ki.
A rendőrség és a migrációs szolgálat úgy döntött, hogy kitoloncolja Ukrajnából a két legagresszívebb izraeli haszidot, akik szeptember 9-én tönkretették Nachman Rabbi sírja közelében a kerítést Umanyban.
