Nézők közé csapódott egy autó a 31. Osijek Street Race nevű eszéki utcai autóversenyen vasárnap, hatan megsérültek – közölte a Jutarnji List című horvát napilap internetes oldalán.
A sérülteket az eszéki kórházba szállították, egyikük állapota sem olyan súlyos, hogy bent kellene őket tartani, két sérültnek a lába tört el, a többiek zúzódásokat szenvedtek – közölte a lap a kórházban kapott információkat.
Előzetes értesülések szerint nem sokkal a rajtot követően az egyik versenyző elveszítette az uralmát járműve felett, lesodródott az útról, és a nézők közé csapódott.
Az Osijek Street Race szervezői közleményben reagáltak a történtekre. Megerősítették, hogy a versenyző elveszítette az uralmát a jármű felett. Hozzátették: az egészségügyi csapat gyors beavatkozásának köszönhetően mindegyik sérültet ellátták.
A verseny folytatódik, ám a helyszínelés miatt a vasárnapi versenyszámokat későbbre halasztották.
A 31. Osijek Street Race Show-n tíz ország mintegy kétszáz versenyzője vesz részt.
