Egy 13 és egy 15 éves lányt azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy meggyilkoltak egy 14 éves fiút Svédországban, majd videofelvételt készítettek a szörnyű bűncselekményről. Az esetet a Malmö melletti Lund kerületi bírósága tárgyalja, ahol a 15 éves lány áll a vádlottak padján. A fiatalabb, 13 éves társtettes életkora miatt nem büntethető.
Pernilla Nilsson ügyész szerint a két lány közösen tervezte meg és hajtotta végre a gyilkosságot. Az ügyészség azt állítja, hogy a 14 éves áldozatot júliusban egy elhagyatott ipari területre csalták Landskronában, ahol egy partit ígértek neki.
Ott azonban megkötözték, súlyosan bántalmazták, és olyan sérüléseket okoztak neki, amelyekbe az áldozat belehalt.
A gyilkosságot videóra vették és megosztották
A gyanú szerint a feltételezett elkövetők videóra vették a gyilkosságot, és elküldték egy csoportos chatben. A csoport többi tagját szintén kihallgatták, de ellenük nem emeltek vádat, mivel azt állították, hogy nem hitték el a tervezett gyilkosság komolyságát.
Az elkövetők és az áldozat ismerték egymást, sőt barátok voltak.
A gyilkosság indítéka egyelőre tisztázatlan, de a Stern szerint a lányokat egy interneten látott kivégzésről készült videó „inspirálta”.
A történtek óriási felháborodást váltottak ki Svédországban, és komoly vitákat gerjesztettek a fiatalkorú elkövetők felelősségre vonhatóságáról.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) őrizetbe vett egy bloggert, aki videót tett közzé az interneten az Ivano-Frankivszk megyei, Kárpátalját is árammal ellátó Burstini Hőerőmű elleni orosz terrortámadásról – adta hírül csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A titkosszolgálati közlemény szerint az egyik Telegram-csatorna rendszergazdája videóra vette a kritikus infrastruktúra-létesítmény elleni orosz rakétatámadás következményeit, és a látogatottság növelése érdekében közzétette csatornáján. Szó szerint néhány perc alatt egy milliós közönséggel rendelkező csatorna átvette a videót. Később pedig már az orosz propagandisták képernyőjén volta a rakétatámadás következményei.
„Az SZBU által gyorsan beazonosított blogger nem célravezető, és nem állt szándékában segíteni az ellenséget. A titkosszolgálattal történt elbeszélgetés után rájött, hogy a videó segítségével módosítani lehet a csapások pontosságát” – áll a közleményben. Az SZBU ezért felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy a közösségi oldalakat nemcsak orosz „katonai szakértő” bloggerek figyelik, hanem az igazi katonai alkalmazottak is. Az ellenség figyelembe veszi a nyílt ukrán forrásokból származó információkat, amikor akcióit tervezi – mutatott rá a szolgálat. Az SZBU ismételten hangsúlyozza, hogy tilos olyan videofelvételeket készíteni és közzétenni, amelyek az ellenséges rakéták és drónok katonai létesítmények és polgári kritikus infrastruktúra elleni támadások következményeit mutatják be, mert ez bűncselekménynek minősül.

Vinnica megyében az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat munkatársai négy helyi lakost vettek őrizetbe, akik a kritikus infrastrukturális létesítmények elleni szerdai orosz támadások következményeiről készítettek videofelvételeket és küldték el azokat ismerőseiknek – tájékoztatott az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint titkosszolgálat arról tájékoztatott, hogy az egyik őrizetbe vett Vinnica megyei lakos videofelvételt készített a kamikaze dróntámadásról, amelyen az infrastruktúra pusztításának mértéke látható, és a képeket elküldte kollégáinak. A másik három személy szintén megosztotta a barátaival a felvételeket.
Mint az SZBU közleménye megállapította, fél órával később a videó megjelent az orosz propagandaoldalakon, egy óra múlva pedig az oroszok ismét rakétákat lőttek ki, aminek következtében emberek sérültek meg.
A felvételeket készítő őrizetes vallomásában elmondta: „jelenleg úgy tudom, hogy az adott felvételeket az agresszor ország Ukrajna biztonságának rovására használta fel. Tisztában vagyok cselekedeteim helytelen voltával, videoanyagaimat felhasználhatták a csapás pontosságának korrigálására. Nem állt szándékomban ártani Ukrajnának vagy segíteni az agresszor államot.”
Az SZBU jelezte, hogy az ilyen cselekmények büntetőjogi felelősséget vonnak maguk után.
