Három férfit, köztük egy német állampolgárt őrizetbe vettek.

A tájékoztatás szerint az elkövetőt elfogták. A támadást röviddel az ebédidőt követően követték el a város északi negyedében, Oerlikonban.
A rendőrség szerint a lakosságot már nem fenyegeti veszély.
A ZürichToday hírportál nagyszabású rendőrségi akcióról számolt be a napköziben. Egy szemtanú elmondta, hogy az elkövetőt a napközi egyik dolgozójának sikerült megfékeznie és a földre szorítania.
Az elkövető mellett a szemtanú szerint egy kés hevert.
A ZürichToday hírportál szerint az elkövető egy 23 éves kínai állampolgár, a megsebesített három fiú mindegyike ötéves.
A gyermekek egyike súlyos, ketten pedig közepesen súlyos sérüléseket szenvedtek.
