A német rendőrség vasárnapi közlése szerint egy magdeburgi férfi több tucat Covid–19 elleni oltást vett fel állítólag, hogy hamisított, de valódi oltóanyagszámmal ellátott Covid-igazolványokat adhasson el olyanoknak, akik nem akarják beoltatni magukat.
A kelet-németországi férfi, akinek a nevét a német adatvédelmi szabályok miatt nem tették közzé, az előzetes vizsgálatok szerint hónapokon át szászországi oltóközpontokat járva akár 90 oltást is felvett, amíg a rendőrség április elején el nem kapta.
A gyanúsítottat nem tartóztatták le, oltási igazolványok jogosulatlan kiadása és közokirat-hamisítás miatt folyik ellene nyomozás.
A férfit a szászországi Eilenburg egy oltóközpontjában kapták el, ahol az előző napi után másnap is jelentkezett Covid-19 elleni oltásra. A rendőrség több üres oltási kártyát foglalt le, és megindították ellene a bűnügyi eljárást.
Nem tudni még, hogy a nagyjából 90, különböző gyártmányú védőoltás milyen hatással volt a gyanúsított egészségére. Az elmúlt hónapokban a német rendőrség több razziát tartott oltási igazolványok hamisításával kapcsolatban.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat újabb bűnbandát leplezett le, melynek tagjai oltási igazolványok hamisításával foglalkoztak.
Az információk szerint a bűnözők naponta 5–10 személyt „oltottak be”, adataikat felvették az eHealth rendszerbe. Havonta körülbelül félmillió hrivnyát kereshettek.
A banda vezetője az ungvári városi sürgősségi betegellátási központ egyik nővére volt, aki beszervezte egy ismerősét és egy családorvost is. Az ügyfeleket az egészségügyi intézmény páciensei között találták, elsősorban azoknak ajánlották fel a szolgáltatásaikat, akik számára valamilyen okból kifolyólag ellenjavalt volt a koronavírus elleni oltás.
A házkutatások során a rendőrök közel 20 ezer dollárra és bizonyítékokat tartalmazó mobiltelefonokra bukkantak.
Az ügyben folyik a büntetőeljárás, a vizsgálatok tartanak.

Mintegy 3300, koronavírus elleni hamis oltási igazolványt foglaltak le a bolgár fővárosban – közölte kedden a szófiai belügyminisztérium.
A tárca szerint hozzávetőleg 300-at közülük külföldiek nevére állítottak ki. Az egyik szófiai egészségügyi intézményben végrehajtott razziához hasonló rendőrségi akciók voltak más bolgár városokban is.
Bulgária jelenleg a járvány ötödik hullámával küzd, amelyet a koronavírus korábbinál sokkal fertőzőbb omikron variánsa váltott ki. Iva Hrisztova, a fertőző és parazitás megbetegedések szófiai központjának igazgatója szerint mostanra tetőzött a járvány.
Az utóbbi 24 órában 8012 új fertőzöttet regisztráltak a 6,5 millió lakosú országban. Csaknem 30 százalékos átoltottsági aránnyal Bulgária az Európai Unió tagállamai között az utolsó helyen áll. A járvány kitörése óta az egymilliót is meghaladja az azonosított fertőzöttek száma, akik közül csaknem 34 ezren hunytak el a vírus okozta Covid-19 betegségben.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) újabb okirathamisítást leplezett le Kárpátalján. Egy doktornő, aki aktívan kampányolt a koronavírus-fertőzés elleni oltás mellett, Covid-tanúsítványok hamisításával foglalkozott.
Az információk szerint az orvosnő a megyei Közegészségügyi Központban dolgozott, s 3,5 ezer hrivnyáért bárkit beregisztrált az elektronikus rendszerbe, majd pedig kiadta számukra az oltási igazolványokat.
A doktornő és társa ellen büntetőeljárás indult, a vizsgálat folyik – közölte az SZBU sajtószolgálata.

A szervező egy munkácsi járási utazási irodával és csapi orvosokkal együttműködve hamisította az okiratokat. A dokumentumokért 4500–5000 hrivnyát kértek.

A 2022-es év első két hetében a hatóságok 25 büntetőeljárást indítottak hamis Covid-tanúsítványok gyártásáért. 11 személyt már értesítettek az ellene indult eljárásról, 5 esetben pedig már át is adták a vádiratot a bíróságnak.
A rendőrség folyamatosan ellenőrzéseket tart a karanténszabályok betartását illetően, a hamis okmányokat a kávézókban és más nyilvános helyeken, valamint a határátkelőkön fedezték fel, ezenkívül számos esetben sikerült kideríteni azt is, hogy kik gyártották a dokumentumokat.

Őrizetbe vettek egy ápolónőt Olaszországban, mert a gyanú szerint legalább 45 alkalommal csak eljátszotta, hogy beadja nekik a vakcinát az oltásra érkezett személynek. A gyanúsított kidobta a vakcinákat, és még kötszert is elhelyezett a „beoltottak” karján, hogy hitelesebbnek tűnjön az oltás.
Az ápolónő feltételezett bűntársai közül négyet a nyomozás részeként házi őrizetbe helyeztek. Az anconai rendőrség azzal vádolja a csoportot, hogy oltásellenes tüntetőknek hamis egészségügyi igazolványt állítottak ki 300 euróért cserébe – számolt be az EuroNews.
Az országban érvényben lévő szabályok szerint az oltatlanok nem léphetnek be a bárokba, éttermekbe és nem használhatják a belföldi tömegközlekedési eszközöket. Csak azok mentesülnek az új „szuperzöld kártya” szabályai alól, akik a közelmúltban gyógyultak fel a betegségből.
A nyomozás azután indult, hogy egy anconai kórház orvosának gyanússá vált egy kollégája viselkedése. A rendőrségi felvételeken látszik, ahogyan az ápolónő kiüríti az oltóanyagot a hulladékgyűjtőbe, majd úgy tesz, mintha beadná az injekciót a páciens karjába.
Az öt gyanúsítottat korrupcióval, információhamisítással és sikkasztással vádolják, valamint a rendőrség úgy véli, cselekedetükkel alapvető közforrást is pazaroltak. A közlemény szerint az ellen a 45 személy ellen is vizsgálat folyik, akik ilyen módon jutottak a hamis oltási igazolványhoz.
